“The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it”

If you want a quiet getaway on Sanibel Island with quick access to the beach, a private patio and grill, access to bicycles, an outdoor hot/cold shower, a shell washing station, and beach chairs/umbrella/wagon - this is it! “What I liked most was the way we were treated by the hotel staff, always with a smile and always courteous. The location was great, a lot of parking spots, safe, simple but good breakfast, just on the beach, no roads crossing or things like this, just walk from the hotel's door and you are on the beach. the night before my check out, I made arrangements with the front desk employee to have my checkout done by noon, but around 11:15 am, a woman, I thought was a sheriff knocked my door mentioning...
“Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Nel complesso buono ma con quel prezzo avrei scelto altro”

“La struttura al momento è bel lontana dalla perfezione ma considerando il terribile evento atmosferico che si è abbattuto da non troppo tempo nella zona direi che si può essere più comprensivi. L'appartamento non è certo ben pulito, non è certo ben tenuto e sicuramente non è al passo con i tempi, ma è comunque più che accettabile e voglio sperare che col nostro soggiorno abbiamo in minima parte contribuito alla ricostruzione. ”

“Terrible experience. First we had to change the room because of nosy neighbour having party in the room all naked with the window open. It seemed a normal attitude as we noticed several people going there to have parties.
