“Incredible atmosphere and staff, having a hotel on the waterfall is nothing short of beautiful. Only negative about the hotel is its accessibility. If you like to go out past 5pm, your return options are very limited unless you are driving. The hotel does provide some free transportation, which was great from getting to/from the train stop. No AC, but they provided fans upon request. We were there on the hottest day of the year and it wasn’t so bad. Any other time of year and it is probably not...

“Tout a été excellent. Nourriture, emplacement , autobus. Petite note: nous sommes non fumeurs. Notre chambre était située directement au dessus de la terrasse du resto. Évidemment nous voulions avec vue sur le lac. Nous dormons toujours la fenêtre porte ouverte. En soirée vers les 22-23 heures la fumée des fumeurs de la terrasses est très très désagréable . Nous avons fermé notre porte. Une chance qu’il ne faisait pas chaud.”

“The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had an 11 month old and it was so bad we would need to spend time outside the room for him to cool down. It’s hard to believe we paid over...

“It is close to the train station. It is a place just to sleep. No TV. No air conditioner. Very hot.”

“É una casa di riposo per anziani (la maggior parte in carrozzella o con problemi di deambulazione). Le camere che non sono occupate dagli anziani ospiti vengono vendute agli esterni. Non va bene, cercate un altra sistemazione, non venite qui.”

“Location is convenient and staff are friendly / helpful. The negatives are lack of air conditioning during the summer. Tough during the heatwave. Also, we had to wait 2.5 hours for check in when we arrived as they weren’t able to finish cleaning until almost 7 pm.”

Le camere sono invece vecchiotte... mal insonorizzate e con cadute di tono (peccato). Il servizio è buono. La cucina è appena discreta: ci si aspetterebbe maggiore qualità.”
