UPPER LAKESIDE HUGE 3 Room/ 1 Bedroom Rental !
APT. 2- Upon entering this large Apartment, you will fall in love with the vaulted ceilings, the skylights, and the private deck with lake vistas. This carpeted, sun drenched Master Bedroom is furnished with a comfy large couch, table and chairs, HD TV, a king size bed and lake views. Additionally, there is an efficiency kitchen that includes; a sink, a microwave, and small fridge, as well as a coffeemaker. A full size bathroom with tub and shower, coupled with an additional two rooms, for use as a den AND an office complete this delightful retreat!

OUTDOOR SPACE- A large sandy beach is equipped with chairs and a fire pit. You can gaze at the stars and listen to the sounds of nature as you roast yummy s'mores beachside. We also have a portable lakeside shower to rinse off after lake fun. We do not have a boat dock, although renters can arrange docking with our neighbors for a small fee.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION- The property is situated across the street from The Lodge at Schroon Lake, ideally located a block from town, on the west shore of 9- mile long Schroon Lake. Stroll to dining, coffee, shopping, movies, and the Schroon Lake Boathouse, which features a summer concert series. Town maintained tennis/basketball courts, playground, and life guarded community beach are an added bonus!

EXPLORE- Enjoy all of the wonders of the Adirondacks from this central location. Below is a sample list of fun and charming day trips by car:
