Vacanze Schwaig bei Nuernberg

I found black hairs through out my room, we reserved the wellness space to wrap up our trip, I spoke with 3 different people to ensure the space would be ready for us, it was not - I was brought down in the pitch black & the sauna was not on - I understand there can be issues, but the issue should have been known before trying to use the space - also, the bath tub is way too high, I slipped trying to get out which left a bruise

Colazione ottima e personale gentilissimo.

Ottimo albergo in ottima posizione. Check in and out un po' lenti, il petsonale e' gentile ma poco "pratico" a volte, forse perche' giovane. Comunque indubbiamente gentile.
