"La camera è spaziosa e pulita ma purtroppo non dispone dell’aria condizionata. Ottima colazione con ampia scelta e prodotti di qualità. Il parcheggio sotto l’hotel non è adatto per macchine di grosse dimensioni. C’è il rischio di danneggiare i cerchi all’uscita a causa di marciapiedi alti."

"Camera pulita, ottima colazione e la posizione centrale ne fanno un hotel ideale per una famiglia in vista al castello. Una nota stonata, la mancata registrazione della mia prenotazione per il poso auto ma un grandissimo plauso alla ragazza Italiana alla reception che ci ha aiutato molto e ha risolto immediatamente la situazione."

"Nice and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. They are furnished in a modern and stylish way. Our room had both the jacuzzi and the shower. The restaurant is great for both breakfast and dinner. The location is good and by driving for 15 min you can reach the place, from which you can walk to the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. I don’t give 5 stars because I didn’t like having the shower room not separated from the bedroom through a door as well as having the toilet separated from the shower and the sink."

"Very nice hotel and nice staff! We needed to check-in at 9 p.m. and they prepared some nice cold dishes so that we could have dinner. The room had an incredible view on the mountains and a balcony to enjoy the view and breathe the air of this enchanted place. The breakfast was well organized, and we had the chance to make our orange juices from fresh oranges. The train to the Zugspitze stops near the hotel. Overall: very recommended! "
