Il giorno prima ti inviano un link per accedere ad un form da compilare, ed il giorno dell'arrivo ti mandano un codice via sms e mail per sbloccare un locker contenente la chiave elettronica per accedere alle stanze.il locker si trova all'ingresso principale, mentre l'accesso alle stanze avviene da un vialetto laterale sulla destra. Camera adeguata x due persone, bagno un po' piccolo e lavandino minuscolo. La porta del bagno è in vetro smerigliato...

In jeder Ecke und Niesche gibt es etwas zu erkunden und zu entdecken. Es wird einem daher auch nie langweilig, auch wenn man das Burggelände nie verlässt. Ein besonderer Höhepunkt ist der Burggarten. “Owner Paul is very accommodating and hands on. Our room for 4 was big. Wished that there were 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent. The only negative was wifi is not strong at all. ”

“Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location.”
