“Great hotel”

“Tutto fantastico per rapporto qualità prezzo e servizi”

“Hotel eccellente in zona centrale, camere ampie e atmosfera super lusso”

“I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Beijing. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with excellent service throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. A special mention goes to Neil from the concierge team, who was absolutely amazing. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. His outstanding service truly stood out and...

“Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

“Located behind the Foreign Ministry in the city centre. The bus stop is just a five-minute walk away, and the nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk. There is also a fairly large supermarket opposite the bus stop. The receptionist speaks excellent English and is very efficient. The rooms are cleaned every other day, which is perfectly adequate. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing!”

“Good location in old part of city, very quiet and peaceful environment. Helpful staffs and big plus free of charge laundry are available.”

“Excellent stay. Wonderful hotel!! Shangri La is always a guarantee of perfect stay.”

“Hotel trascurato, sporco, odori sgradevoli. Lavandino con macchie e scrostato. Unica nota positiva Palestra e Camera suite molto grande. Piscina troppo affollata non ci sono entrato. Non lo consiglio.”
