“We stayed 4 nights. The AC broke in the middle of the night on the first night. It took the staff 3 days to tell us they couldn’t fix the AC and they would finally move our room for the last night. They didn’t offer any sort of compensation. Except they finally offered us some fans on night 3. We couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because it was so hot. The windows wouldn’t open. It was awful.
