The pool is made of stones and is refreshing , especially with a cocktail. We scheduled a couples massage with hot rocks and let the stress of the World melt away . “There was a mix-up about the room description, but the staff made it right. The restaurant bar staff were fun and attentive. Air-conditioning was truly a blessing! Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean and we got a bird's eye view of ocean wildlife coming ashore in the morning at breakfast. Room was clean and adapters were provided for electronic device usage and charging. I would definitely visit here again.”

“So much character and downright fun! Short walk to wonderful river swimming holes and a private hot spring homemade pool. The place itself is a small handmade cabin. Looks primitive but has all the amenities like wifi, hot water, and a hot plate for heating coffee. My favorite of the 10 places my wife and I stayed at on our 16-day Caribbean trip. Total cost of $65 per night made me rate it "excellent" for the value this was to me.”

“The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. ”

It is a bit off the beaten track, and the road to get up there is rough so if taking a taxi, make sure the taxi includes the drive all the way up there. We heard that some drop you off on the main road, and it would be quite the hike, especially with bags. ”
