Questa casa si trova in un ambiente molto speciale. La maggior parte delle case per le vacanze sulla strada sono lontane dal fiume. Questa casa è più vicina ancora più in alto che permette forse la migliore vista di qualsiasi casa di vacanza a Scottsburg. Puoi pescare direttamente dal nostro atterraggio in fondo alle scale o accedere al fiume dal fondo dei gradini durante la bassa marea.


La casa ha 3 camere da letto molto spaziose letto king size nel master che è al piano di sotto la seconda camera da letto al piano superiore ha due letti queen size e la terza camera con vista sul fiume ha un letto matrimoniale con un divano più piccolo estraibile.

La casa dispone di pavimenti in legno nella maggior parte delle aree con granito, grande cucina con tutti i comfort moderni.

La casa dispone di connessione internet Wi-Fi, lettore DVD con film in DVD nel soggiorno.

A casa ha una sala giochi insonorizzata con regolazione tavolo da ping pong per l'intrattenimento aggiuntivo.

Casa è disabili con ampia rampa lato coperto consente di immettere porta laterale della casa e bagno al piano inferiore è dotato di doccia handicap.

Le migliori viste sono nella sala da pranzo, camera familiare, sala giochi e dalla terza camera da letto al piano superiore che si affaccia sul fiume. Il piano superiore della casa ha un aspetto retrò anni '60 con tutti i rivestimenti in legno con quella sensazione di cabina originale.

La proprietà è molto grande. Ha un grande vialetto lastricato pianeggiante con aree per parcheggiare fino a 6 auto o camion e spazio su prato vicino al garage per rimorchio o barca o?

Non abbiamo un molo ma abbiamo una serie di scale meravigliose che ti portano direttamente al fiume. La nostra sezione del fiume è più bassa, che è grande per nuotare e guadafeste. La parte profonda del fiume si trova sull'altro lato del fiume vicino all'autostrada 38.

Noleggio kayak disponibile 75. 00 per 3 per l'intero soggiorno, ci vogliono due persone per portarli su o giù per le scale verso il fiume, sì, abbiamo giubbotti di salvataggio standard, si prega di richiedere il noleggio di kayak e provvederemo a fatturare tempestivamente. The host was amazing to work with and quick to respond. There was an issue with the cleanliness upon arrival and he went above and beyond on fixing the problem. Over all it was a very cute house with lots of room for the 7 of us. We loved waking up in the mornings to watch the fog over the river and the tree line. Very beautiful and quiet area.

Well cared for and clean older updated home. Fishing and kayaking for kids 6-12 was perfect with nearly no current. Had so much fun with the ping pong table. House was very spacious with beautiful, old decor. Plenty of games and a variety of books. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Very nice ambiance and very comfortable for our group of 7 ladies. We didn't use the kayaks or fish but enjoyed the location and the view. Very quiet (besides us) and plenty of accoutrements for the stay.

Delightfully relaxing

We had such a wonderful time in such a relaxing and peaceful location. The cabin was comfortable and very roomy. The decor was homey and its location on the Umpqua River made it just a perfect getaway. We had a great time in the river on the kayaks and the water was perfect for swimming. The only thing we would recommend is that perhaps the owner might consider adding a floating dock so that it’s easier to get in and out of the water. But truly, we made do without it and spent a lot of time in the water. We’ll definitely be planning another vacay at this property.

Beautiful riverfront seclusion and well appointed vacation home.

The property itself is tucked away on a private bend of the Umpqua River Just 20 minutes from the coast. Great place to bring family and friends. The owner has thought of everything! From 3 years old to 55 in our group found great things to do including kayaking, ping pong, board games and lots of outdoor fun. Master host with great communication and easy to work with. Nice little getaway

Thank you for the nice stay! We lucked out and the sun came out for a while. The family loved the ping pong and fishing. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. There is some really beautiful antique furniture too.

Umpqua House

The house is on the water, beautiful setting. There is a washer and dryer available, which was great. The house was well appointed, plenty of serving plates and bowls! Our family had a nice stay!

Christmas Getaway

Myself and 8 other family members enjoyed our Christmas weekend at this rental. You can tell this house has been taken care of. It was very clean, very spacious and perfect for a family t9 get to gether in. We would love to go back in the summer!

Interstate family reunion.

Everyone had a blast. Many of us braved the weather for a kayak trip on the Umpqua River, departing from the dock in the back yard. Lots of ping pong in the game room. The neighbors dog was super friendly with ours. Thanksgiving dinner with all hands on deck was fun. Wonderful reunion!

Comfy Cozy River House

This was our second time staying in this home. It's perfect for a family of five to stay at near the river. Cozy, beautiful home! I will say...I wish others that stay, would care more for the home than they would their own! The first time we stayed things were much cleaner! Whoever stayed before us this time left several dishes with food particles still on them and/or film on the silverware and broke the garbage disposal. May I suggest to those visiting in the future...clean up after yourself! We left some ping pong balls to contribute to the home we spent a wonderful time at together. :) Thank you to the owners for letting us rent your home! Happy Holidays!

Birthday Getaway with Friends

We enjoyed this home and it worked great for our 2 families. The views of the river every day were wonderful and we enjoyed exploring the area. We spent 1 morning in Elkton and the next morning we went to Loon Lake and hiked to the waterfall. Both places were about a 20 min drive. Our only complaint was we didn’t like the taste of the water from the tap so we had to go buy drinking water. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time! The river was nice to swim in and the kayaks were a lot of fun too. The house is beautiful and clean and we were all comfortable and enjoyed ourselves.
