“I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, so it’s not really that bad, the pool is never usable, the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are worn and the bathroom is especially worn out. Why do I stay there? Price, convenience and the staff. The place is right off the highway, quiet and safe feeling, the price is the best I could find for Kentucky Derby week, and the staff is friendly and helpful. “We had a couple of room problems at check-in, but Donovan took care of us and got us an agreeable suite. The room was large, clean and well equipped with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, in sink disposal and china and utensils. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall it was ideal for our 3 day visit.”
