I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again. ”

Then I came back to the hotel a year later , tried to stay at the same hotel and once again my rooms were given away because they overbooked. “We didn’t know that they only cleaned the room every two days and we were only there for two days. We only had one coffee cup and had requested they bring another one during cleaning the first day and they said they would, but since they didn’t clean, we didn’t get it. Everything else was great. It wasn’t quite soundproof, but it was pretty close - like the blackout shades too. Breakfast stopped at 9 AM during the week so we didn’t get a chance to try it.”
