Case in affitto a Scritto

“Ottimo appartamento, molto pulito e confortevole”

“We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed the rural quiet location. The suite was a great size for two, clean, easy parking and the drive into any of the hill towns and villages was easy. Gwen was a wonderful host she knew the neighborhood and locals villages with suggestions for side trips and places to eat. Would happily stay again. ”

“Struttura molto bella, per gli amanti delle case di campagna. Facile da raggiungere, bella la piscina, ottima la colazione. Provato anche il ristorante per la cena, buono e con prezzi adeguati.”

“No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. ”

“Ottima accoglienza, posizione strategica per visitare Spello, Assisi, Perugia. Appartamento molto confortevole, vene la colazione, la cena non granché. Molto bene la zona piscina.”

“While the property was in the perfect location next to mini metro and restaurants it had some problems. Remote didn’t work whole week, two lighters for stove didn’t work. In addition my wife went about three days because hairdryer didn’t work till it was replaced. Ceiling light switch didn’t work so no ceiling light. Light over stove didn’t work. Shower head leaked badly. We initially contacted owner about some of the problems and he kept saying he’ll be there but never came. Told us he was out...

“Our family of 3 spent a total of 2 and a half weeks traveling across Italy. This was by far our favorite stay! Servario has created the perfect space for relaxation and peace. La Perla del Lago had everything (and more!) That we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The view and surroundings are incredible, beds comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, and having a bathtub to soak in after long days hiking and boating under the hot Italian summer was a huge plus! We can't wait to come back! Oh -...

“Pros: Location in the mountains is superb, very friendly& supportive staff, fair price Cons: Only very small windows in the appartment, thus dark and nearly no chance for fresh cold air in the night. Due to the size of the location the pool was overcrowded and too less sun chairs. Photos better than reality.”

“Pros: Very friendly host - and dog :) And the recommodations we got was perfect! Cons: Too bad it was autum and no water in the pool - but that we do understand!”

“Jair was a great host! His property is spectacular!!”
