The flat offers plenty of space thanks to a generous floor plan on two floors. The flat is located in the attic and has a large open kitchen/living room with a typical Engadine stove, which invites you to spend cosy reading hours on the warming bench. From the large dining table you can enjoy the view of the Engadine mountains and the village of Sent. The four bedrooms each have 2 beds. For the little guests there is a cot and a high chair available. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs - view included. The flat has a large bathroom (bath/shower/WC) and another shower/WC. An outdoor parking space is available right next to the house. Skis and other winter equipment or bikes in summer can be stored in the cellar.

In winter, the tiled stove is used to heat the apartment by the caretaker Georg in the mornings and evenings. He coordinates this with the tenants.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the old part of the village, relax in the bathing facilities of the Bogn Engiadina in Scuol or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the Motta Naluns family skiing area in winter. Sent has one of the longest valley runs into the village with the Dream Run, which is over 7 km long. The ski bus takes guests directly to the valley station of the cable cars in about 10 minutes.
