The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting.”

From Mr San our tuk tuk driver to the reception staff, the restaurant personnel and the house-keepers. All deserve a large tip at the end of the stay as they go beyond what is their duty to be helpful, polite and friendly to the guests. How anyone can give less than 5 stars to this Hotel amazes me - they deserve 6 stars, just for the staff!”

The staff went over and above, even made me a to go breakfast box for my sunrise wat tour. “A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.”
