“Love the hotel and staff. Food service and bar service was good , but food and drink quality was ok but not great. Had one of the worst Bloody Marys and a poorly prepared avocado toast and egg at breakfast. Just thought you guys could do better. Missed having coffee maker in room. Very comfortable and attractive room, common areas like lobby and bars was great as well. Anyway, will be back. A good bordering on very good stay. Cheers”

“We’ve stayed here a couple times for an event at the KC Convention Center, and are never disappointed. Staff is very accommodating, always present, super friendly, and seem to enjoy working there. Breakfast is good, it’s nothing to write home about, but it’s hot and has some flavor. The street car is a block and a half away, and there is a Dollar General a block away which carries a little bit of just about everything you need.”

“Really enjoyed this stay. The staff were very nice considering a mixup with overbooking, but thankfully I was able to keep my reservation without any added stress. We came from about 8 hours away and were treated super nicely. Room and lobby were spotless, and also made it even nicer than we were only 5 minutes away from our venue! Also, Starbucks being in the building - HUGE PLUS. ”

“I stayed 3 nights, not one single day did housekeeping come by. I had to request for them to come get the trash and they never came, on top of that I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. My overall stay wasn’t so pleasant. But the beds are comfortable. So if you don’t mind a dirty room, mid breakfast, then I guess you will be fine.”

“Pro's: Covered, secure parking - albeit expensive. Very comfy beds - pillowtop. Bar in the lobby is great and bar food was excellent. Location great for main street and the street car. Cons: pretty filthy. Rooms are not clean, so if you are a clean freak, this may not be the hotel for you. Beds were clean "looking," but bathrooms, walls, closets, doors, handles, etc. filthy.
