Unità 31 Lotto 29: ID TOT n. 1595 ... Benvenuti nella casa "Seven Blue Mile", così chiamata per le sue viste spettacolari sulle acque bianche della costa meridionale. Sono sette miglia da casa alla più lontana scogliera visibile all'orizzonte!

La casa si trova in cima a una collina sopra il Sea Ranch Lodge e offre viste sulle scogliere, i promontori, le onde e gli alberi all'estremità meridionale del Sea Ranch, oltre Stewart's Point e oltre. Goditi una vista a 180 gradi sul mare e sul cielo e guarda la curva della terra!
La casa ha 3 piani, 3 camere da letto 3 bagni e 6 posti letto. Il soggiorno ha una TV HD a schermo piatto da 52 "montata sopra un camino a gas. Il centro di intrattenimento dispone di TV HD / lettore DVD / CD / dock i-pod con audio surround integrato. Ci sono altoparlanti esterni per il ponte e la vasca idromassaggio. La vasca idromassaggio è privata e isolata ma ha cancelli che possono essere aperti per una vista sull'oceano.

Il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, la cucina, la lavanderia e il bagno sono al piano terra o al livello intermedio. Il bagno ha una doccia a pochi passi dalla vasca idromassaggio. La grande cucina a vista ha ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile; un frigorifero francese a 3 porte con distributore di acqua fredda incorporato, forni a convezione a doppia parete, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e fornello a gas a 5 fuochi. C'è una TV da banco con lettore DVD da guardare mentre cucini. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice a carica frontale abbinata.

Al piano superiore si trovano la master suite privata con letto king size e bagno padronale. Ha un HDTV LCD a schermo piatto montato a parete con lettore DVD e VHS. C'è una sveglia con un dock i-pod e caricabatterie. Il livello inferiore ha una camera per gli ospiti con letto matrimoniale e una camera per bambini con un letto matrimoniale a castello. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV LCD a schermo piatto con canali satellitari. C'è un bagno completo in comune al piano di sotto. Tutte le docce sono del tipo walk, senza vetro da pulire o pulire.
Per motivi di sicurezza, i proprietari suggeriscono agli ospiti di età pari o superiore a 7 anni di occupare questo appartamento.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our stay. Loved the view and the hot tub. Not walkable to beach because of the hill, but a super quick drive. There were walking trails near the house. It was also nice to be close to the lodge and be able to grab coffee in the morning from the cafe.

Perfect for families!

We had a great time. Being able to swim at the lodge in addition to being so close to amazing hiking and beaches made for a dreamy vacation. Great kitchen. The bedrooms are on different levels fyi and the lounge furniture definitely needs an upgrade but truly this place was so special. Hope to stay again!

It’s a beautiful home with a gorgeous view. The home is beautiful and comfortable for our family of 6. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and various kitchen utensils. We especially appreciated the clean and relaxing spa onsite to wrap up each day. The only drawback is that the house is not walkable to oceanfront hiking trails. FYI - The rental office to pick up the key is 8 miles north of the house.

Great Views

Great views and location, house was nice and modern. The property managers were very nice and responsive. A few things to keep in mind: 1) The house has stainless steel pans which can stick more if cooking eggs, etc so you may want to bring your own frying pan. 2) Towels and bed linens are not included, but the property managers can include bed linens/towels if requested for an extra fee. 3) Bring your own shampoo/conditioner 4) Keys have to be picked up/dropped off in Gualala (~10-15 mins north) so make sure to budget time for that.

Amazing ocean views, close to Sea Ranch Lodge, beautiful property

This property has some of the best ocean views at Sea Ranch, in contrast with some of the homes further down along the meadows. Plenty of hiking trails abound, both along the ocean and in the redwoods. A huge plus is the proximity and even walking distance to the Sea Ranch Lodge, which we went everyday. Be sure to take advantage of all of TSRA’s amenities including the Del Mar Pool. This property is great — beautiful natural light, a lot of space, hot tub, etc — but has some shortcomings, which is why I ultimately have to give it a 4. Amazing views aside, the pillows and beds in the house are extremely uncomfortable. I’m going to need some time with my chiropractor when I return home, because all of our necks are hurting from these pillows. Basic amenities are missing, like shampoo and conditioner, for instance. Considering that the nearest large store is a 10 mile drive further north, it is worth either supplying to the guests or letting guests know clearly what’s included. The television at this house also does not work well at all. I believe it is satellite, and every 15 minutes or so it would crash. We watched the Super Bowl from the house, so you can imagine how frustrating that could be. Finally, what I consider to be the biggest shortcoming is the ant problem; for some reason, there are swarms of ants that are attracted to the bathrooms at odd times. It’s a bit gross and needs to be treated, given the price this place otherwise commands. Self-check in through a code would also be an improvement upgrade I would recommend to make check in and check out smoother. These shortcomings aside, I would definitely come back to stay here again. I appreciate our hosts’ hospitality in opening up their beautiful home to us. We have fallen in love with Sea Ranch, and I think from a competitive perspective, this home certainly rivals others in the area on many metrics — ocean views, access to trails and ocean, proximity to community amenities, privacy and distance from neighbors, and size of house. While this is not an historic Sea Ranch home from the 70s — this home was built in the 2000s — this home fits in beautifully in the community. I highly recommend this place to others.

Spectacular!

This property is exceptional in every way. With a large common area, 3 king bedrooms, a kitchen that's a chef's dream, and a location that's just a few steps from the magnificent bluff trail, this a stellar property with spectacular ocean views. The home also has other unique features, including a pool room constructed around nautical themes as well as a library with a miniature pipe organ. You have to see it to believe it. Remarkable!

Beautiful, Comfortable Home in Sea Ranch

We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Blue Mile. The view is stunning and the home is very comfortable, well laid out. The kitchen is beautiful and easy to work in which was appreciated, since we were there for a change of scenery during Covid. The living room was an incredible spot to do practice yoga which we did every morning looking out at the magnificent view out over the Pacific. We were so glad we chose this house and Sea Ranch for our "change of scenery." The Sea Ranch Bluff Trail is wonderful.

Escape to Seven Blue Mile House

My husband, daughter and I recently spent four days at this property in The Sea Ranch and had an amazing time. From the gorgeous home, to the sweeping views of the cliffs and ocean, to the incredible stargazing, to the exciting wildlife all around us, we truly enjoyed everything Seven Blue Mile House had to offer. Gualala was quaint and friendly. The beaches were gorgeous and we had some amazing Summer weather over Labor Day weekend. Will definitely visit again!
