Questa casa Sea Ranch offre un design confortevole su due livelli da Ralph Matheson, con la sala da pranzo e salotto e cucina al piano superiore per massimizzare la vista. E 'anche dog-friendly.

Questa casa 1.520 metri quadrati piedi è stato costruito da Brian Dixon nel 1983 e può ospitare fino a sei persone. Un bel camino in pietra e finestre sedili sono in salotto in salotto e la cucina è ben attrezzata. Sarete trattati all'opera in tutta la casa.

Ci sono tre comode camere da letto e due bagni per un massimo di sei persone.

Troverete un bellissimo giardino di meditazione recintato per il vostro piacere ed è solo a pochi passi da spiagge e parco giochi / pic-nic per bambini. Due cani sono invitati con un costo aggiuntivo per gli animali domestici.

È necessario contattarci per aggiungere più di un cane alla prenotazione, se consentito. $ 20 per cane, a notte. Se gli animali sono ammessi, la tariffa per il primo cane sarà inclusa nel costo totale indicato.

Note sul parcheggio: le prenotazioni con 1-2 ospiti riceveranno 1 pass parcheggio (se non diversamente specificato), gli ospiti 3+ riceveranno 2 pass per il parcheggio. L'associazione Sea Ranch consente solo 2 passaggi per prenotazione. I pass per il parcheggio sono per le auto parcheggiate all'interno del Sea Ranch (presso i centri rec, i sentieri escursionistici ecc.) E devono essere visibili nei veicoli. La maggior parte ma non tutte le nostre case ospiterà più di 2 auto. Per gli ospiti con più di 2 auto, qualsiasi auto aggiuntiva (s) può essere utilizzata per andare da e per la casa senza pass, ma sarà necessario rimanere in auto altrimenti. Il parcheggio in strada non è permesso. La maggior parte della nostra casa non può ospitare più di 3 auto. Per qualsiasi domanda riguardante SOLO le restrizioni di parcheggio e il parcheggio a straripamento, è necessario parlare con Sea Ranch Association (707) 785-2444. L'ufficio è aperto da martedì a sabato 8: 30-5.

Nice house, no wifi

It was a comfortable house in a great location. It had the amenities we needed for good sleep and home cooking (though it had a strange lack of forks). When we arrived we noticed the WiFi was not working. I called the property manager and was instructed to restart the modem. Couldn’t find it anywhere despite a thorough search. She said they’d send someone out the next day to look at it but no one ever came nor did they follow up with me about it. We still had a fine stay albeit mostly unplugged, which isn’t so bad, but I was disappointed in their lack of follow through with the problem.

Paradise at the Prentiss

Very well situated and stocked family and Fido friendly home. Walk to the beach or One-eyed jacks playground within minutes. A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Perfect Place for Casual Vacationing

This lovely home has sunset views, comfortable furnishings for pets, and a short walk to a small, quiet beach that was dog friendly. A family of deer greeted us in the morning as we drank our coffee at the kitchen table watching the ocean off in the distance. It’s a nice but not fancy home that is definitely dog friendly which put us at ease. A nice nearby walk through the Cyprus and we were at the seal harbor rookery. Definitely would return! Shopping tips: the Surf Market in Guala is a must visit for locally produced gourmet items. Trinks Bakery & Cafe has delicious coffees, scones, breakfasts, sandwiches and a lovely outdoor area to eat and see the sea.

Well stocked and comfortable home! Lovely wildlife and easy to walk the trails by ocean… only wish they clean a little better due to pet hair and cobwebs. Otherwise, a treat!

Would Love to Rebook

The good: Excellent location, architecturally competent layout; enjoyed the deck and grill, and lovely little enclosed garden. Lovely ocean view. Had pretty much everything we needed. Second bedroom is 1/2 flight above first level -- it's the quieter of the two bedrooms. Living room couch is very comfortable (and updated since the photos were taken). The bench along the living rooms was one of the selling points that caused us to choose the house (but more on that later). Kids' room is spacious and bright. Fairly clean property. King sized bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Could use improvement: bathrooms are pretty dated: shower heads could be upgraded; downstairs shower (pipes?) screeched during use. Bedroom shades could be updated so they're top-down/bottom-up so you can still get daylight into the larger bedroom without ppl on the streets able to look in (unlike other SR properties, the main bedroom is sited in full view of the street, which is quite close. Lighting can be improved as well -- many of the bulbs are bright white and rather unpleasant. The kitchen was quite dark to cook in. The not-so-great: this is the second dog-friendly SR home we've rented (we're not dog owners although we love pups) and the dog hair on the window bench was a dealbreaker. I was REALLY looking forward to said bench because we're big readers BUT SO MUCH DOG FUR. I really did t want it on my clothes! Couldn't find a lint roller. Vacuum cleaners didn't have upholstery attachments. So we couldn't use the window bench at all through our 8 days there. So disappointing! (Clearly the previous guests ignored the owners' request to keep their dog/s off the furniture!) I don't think I'd want to rent another dog-friendly home at SR again (the previous home we rented was so fur-covered that I had to launder the duvets and blankets before we even could relax into our vacation). And the dining room rug could use a professional deep cleaning -- it was kinda gross. In fact if I were the homeowner, I'd get rid of the wall-to-wall shag carpeting and ask all guests to take shoes off. The bedroom carpet had spills on it. I want comfortable going barefoot in the house as a result. All in all, it's a kinda '70s-dated property that is nevertheless a very pleasant place to spend a week -- without all the leftover fur....

Prentiss Retreat Sea Ranch

Well appointed home. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Short walk to beach. As noted in other comments and should be noted on web site, the home is a tri level with 2 set of stairs. The stairs are narrow. Top level is the living , dining and kitchen area. Second level is bedroom (queen bed) with bath (walk in shower) and bottom level is 2 bedrooms ( one master with king bed and second bedroom with twin beds), bathroom with tub, washer/ dryer and entrance to home. Overall the home was clean. They allow dogs, for which I am thankful, however, the carpets are telling that there are dogs (have a doggie smell). The home would smell fresher if the carpets were professionally cleaned. Limited view of ocean from the deck off the living area front of the home. Overall the home was comfortable, lovely and had everything that we desired. Totally recommend the home.

Peaceful Retreat

Our week long stay was just what we needed. This home is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, beds are comfortable, towels are plentiful and the location is perfect-views of the ocean, quiet and a short walk to the Sea Ranch coastal trail. Our dog enjoyed his stay too. We already booked a week for next year.

Perfect Girls Weekend

This home totally lives up to its reviews! It's ideally located in Sea Ranch close to the seal observation beach, walk-on beaches, and miles of trails making it the perfect getaway for a girls weekend. We enjoyed hiking, cooking, and hanging out and it was so wonderful, we wanted to extend our stay! It has one of the most well-stocked kitchens I've seen in a vacation rental and Vacasa's extra touches like toiletries and ample towels were appreciated. There are tons of books and games and the outdoor furniture and grill are in excellent shape. The only surprise was that the home is tri-level with the kitchen upstairs on the third level and the 2 bathrooms on the first and second levels. Maybe we missed it in the description? In any event, the only thing holding back 5 stars is the windows were in dire need of cleaning to see the extraordinary sunsets better :) and there was a mold smell at the front door (only here no place else). Otherwise, the home was very clean and maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, Perfect location

Sea Ranch has a lot of different things to offer, but this was the perfect house for us! 2-3 min walk to the beach, right by a park, and under 10 min to town. So location is spot on. The home had all the amenities we needed, was easy to feel relaxed and happy. Loved the view and would absoultely make this a 1st choice to stay again,
