We want to make our our guests experiences the best and we work hard at it. The following is a detailed correspondence to show our follow up only included because our guests suggested lack of communication and response. Reservation was for April 15- April 20 4 adults. My husband and I had just stayed at the house cleaning carpets, mowing and general upkeep. We left April 14. April 16 I received a call from Ray saying they were staying at the house and the guest bath shower had a "minuscule" amount of water coming from the shower head. His call was at 4:58PM. I called at 5:07PM to respond to his message. I said I would do my best to get a plumber out and would get back to him. I texted Ray at 6:54PM and informed him our plumber was out of town and I had reached out to neighbors to get other plumbers numbers. April 17 8:34 AM I receive a message from Blythe that she wants a $500 refund because the guest shower is not usable. I respond at 8:48 AM saying we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thinking somehow sediment is clogging the flow. I will let you know if I can find a plumber to come fix the problem. 11:18AM I send a message asking Ray if he is comfortable checking to see if there is sediment in shower head. Ray messages me at 3:17 PM says there is a dribble of water and that he had checked for a clog. I message back right away and say thank you so much for trying . I said I am so sorry we work so hard on our place and want it to be the best experience for our guests. The Master shower is working and available. I just heard back from a plumber and we can meet out there tomorrow. Ray responds and says they will be gone for the day. I respond and say well at least we won't disturb you. I also message Blythe at 3:28PM I will be out the next day with a plumber. April 18 I meet the plumber at the house. We go in the house I turn on the water expecting a "dribble" and the water flows down. It is what I would call medium flow certainly enough of a flow to take a shower. The shower has been used there is hair in the drain and water spots on the glass. Plumber suggests replacing the valve which we will do later. I take photos and a video of the shower flow and we leave. I message Blythe at 2:24PM to tell her we were there and that there was good water flow. She responds by still wanting a refund. Our guest experience is our top priority!
