Questa casa di Pipers Reach ha un design classico originale con vista sull'oceano. Solo una breve passeggiata per i sentieri bluff e Shell Beach. Confortevole casa per cani non fumatori. Nuovi letti morbidi, cucina completamente attrezzata e molto altro.

Incluso nel noleggio della casa The Pipers Reach è l'accesso alle varie aree ricreative. Il pass per la casa ti consente di goderti la piscina, i campi da tennis e la sauna. Oppure porta le tue bici la pista ciclabile è immediatamente dietro la casa e il percorso bluff di 10 miglia è a pochi passi. Le attività nelle vicinanze includono la piscina di marea, la degustazione di vini, l'escursionismo nei parchi vicini, la pesca e l'esplorazione di Gualala o del lodge Sea Ranch.

Bel piano aperto al piano di sotto con un nuovo 50 a schermo TV, Netflix e una stufa a legna. Offriamo internet gratuito e Direct TV. Camera da letto principale è un re con bagno completo e TV, camera per gli ospiti al piano superiore è una regina con bagno completo e al piano inferiore è un mezzo bagno e den per ospitare altri due ospiti. È possibile portare fino a due cani a un costo aggiuntivo. Forniamo asciugamani per cani e da spiaggia in garage.

La camera da letto principale ha una terrazza sul lato sud della casa e offre una bella vista sull'oceano. Fuori dal ponte è una bella vasca idromassaggio invitante anche con vista sull'oceano. In una calda giornata rilassatevi sulle sedie del cortile privato recintato mentre ascoltate il surf.

La cucina aperta è completamente attrezzata e il servizio di abbinamento per 8. Non preoccuparti di portare sale e pepe, forniamo spezie e prodotti di carta. La nostra casa è perfetta per alcune coppie o famiglie per godersi il tempo per rilassarsi e distendersi mentre vi godete la costa.

Perfect weekend getaway

Tasteful retreat near the beach

Such a delightful property. Everything you'd want for a winter stormy getaway before the holiday rush. Rooms are roomy great with extra blankets and pillows. Access to the beach and walks ideal. Simple and tasteful. Hot tub under the stars with view of the sea was also a perk. Owners are great with communication!

Excellent Home and Location!

We loved the house. The street it is on only has 4 homes total and a lot of open space around the home, so it feels very private. The very close access to the beach is awesome. The beach scene itself is breathtaking with many rock structures, waves pounding, walkable sand, walkable into the surf at lower tides, tidepools, wildlife, secluded - amazing!

Great way to see Sea Ranch

We were visited daily by deer: a buck, doe and several young ones. The ocean glimmers, the stars come out at night, and you can snuggle in front of the lovely fireplace. The location gives you easy access to Gualala and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Be sure to read the Independent Coast Observer newspaper and listen to KGUA radio 88.3 FM to find out about all the local events. Pipers Reach is clean and comfortable. You'll really enjoy your stay.

Relaxing Getaway

We spent Labor Day weekend at Pipers Reach. What a wonderful place to stay! The location is quiet, secluded, and a short walk to the coastal trail and beach. The home is very well-equipped, and I hope to use the bikes and play some ping pong on our next trip. This fenced backyard for our dog was also a plus. Overall, it is one of the best vacation homes I've stayed in!

Fantastic!

Wonderful place! Very comfortable, quality furnishings. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach, and everything you need - chairs, umbrella, towels. Lots of walking trails in the community with beautiful coastline views. Oversized clean spa was a bonus. Accommodating and super responsive host. We loved it, and so did our Golden Retriever!

Summer Vacation

This property was in a great location to the beach. At night you could hear the waves which is so relaxing. I loved the fenced in yard for our dog and the spa was great. The only thing that was hard was the fact that you couldn’t have your dogs upstairs. I honestly might not have rented the is place because of this rule. I did t see it anywhere until we arrived and were looking for a pizza menu. Other than that it was good.

Perfect weekend by the sea

The house and location are excellent, quite comfortable and well equipped with easy acces to wonderful beaches. The house host is EXTREMELY considerate and polite. My ONLY negative, which is no hindrance to a return visit, and accounts for the 4 star rating on "accuracy of online listing" is that the accompanying photograph suggests an on-the-bluff location and view for this "ocean view home". Such a view does not exist from this home. A more accurate photograph is recommended. G.S.

Sea Ranch Water Crisis

We have rented properties at Sea Ranch for 40 years. Pipers Reach is pleasant — well-equipped and clean, but a major issue marred our experience. As described in the VRBO listing, there are two bedrooms in the home. The en-suite master is spacious and nicely furnished with a small balcony. The other bedroom was cramped, with a small window and barely enough room for a luggage rack. We were disappointed, but willing to be “good sports” since we were traveling with another couple … until it was time to take a shower in the hall bath. The water flow was barely a trickle and unusable. We contacted the owner about the problem and she suggested some “fixes” which didn’t work, despite the efforts of our very handy friend. Tina was apologetic and said she would compensate us for the inconvenience. On the third day, she arranged for a plumber to come. When we got back after a day of golfing, the shower water pressure was still minimal. We let Tina know and at that point she went “dark.” We had to share the master shower with our friends for the remainder of our five-day stay. We have had no further contact from Tina, other than a reminder to leave the parking passes when we checked out. She did not respond to my request for information about the promised refund. (We only asked for $500.) One further note. The water situation in the hall bath would be unacceptable even for a couple traveling with small children. It would take all day to fill the bathtub.

A great place to stay

This is our 6th visit to Sea Ranch in the past 4 years, but the first time we have stayed in this home. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect and we really don’t have one negative comment.

Comfortable home with great views and ocean access

This is a great house for more than one couple to stay in (of a family) - it offers every amenity you could want from bikes to hot tubs to wood burning stove - has views of the ocean and is close to wonderful walks and Shell Beach. It is cozy and comfy and we had a lovely stay!

This was our fourth stay—1 week each time—We really love this property- very well organized, Perfect location by Shell Beach, beautiful coastal walking trails- all the conveniences of home- well equipped kitchen - beautiful master bedroom - 2 full bath upstairs and 1 half bath downstairs- Cozy den and living room- beautiful decorating throughout. Enjoyed the backyard- perfect for our golden retriever- hope to return soon.

Fantastic location, wonderful home!

The home was everything we wanted and more! It was our second time staying there, and we once again had a great time playing ping pong, going in the hot tub, and relaxing in the family room. The kitchen has all the tools and spices we needed to cook meals together. We will be back!
