Situata su un incantevole prato a 200 metri dalla spiaggia e immersa tra i cipressi della California, questa casa piena di luce offre favolose viste sul mare dal soggiorno, dalla cucina, dal soppalco, da entrambe le camere da letto e dal ponte / spa. Rilassati nel cortile fiorito per un rifugio soleggiato fuori dalla brezza marina, che è comodamente racchiuso per il tuo compagno canino. Rannicchiarsi sui numerosi posti vicino al finestrino (in entrambe le camere da letto, soppalco e soggiorno) per godersi il cervo nel prato e sull'oceano oltre. Le due camere da letto (ognuna con bagno adiacente) si trovano alle due estremità della casa e offrono la massima privacy. La zona notte nel soppalco e i tavoli da gioco nel garage offrono privacy e intrattenimento per i bambini. La cucina è ben attrezzata e comprende una dispensa per la massima conservazione.

Goditi la piscina esterna riscaldata di 25 metri nel vicino centro ricreativo o il campo da golf in stile link a pochi chilometri a nord. Oppure porta il tuo cane nel vicino parco per cani per una partita a pallone. Cammina su bellissimi sentieri attraverso le sequoie accanto al parco per cani. Goditi il cielo notturno pieno di stelle dalla vasca idromassaggio. O semplicemente cammina per strada con il tuo cane sul sentiero Sea Ranch che porta alla bellissima Shell Beach e continua per alcuni minuti sul sentiero bluff fino all'area di osservazione delle foche del porto. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was quite rainy/windy while we were here, but between fireplaces and big windows to watch storms come in it was sublime. Well equipped kitchen and enclosed area for dog were great. Only suggestion is I would rather be able to put my car in garage instead of a ping pong table in there, but (as my husband it telling me right now) that isn’t a big deal and most people dont care if their car is out in rain for a couple of days....

The bedroom set up is great as they were at opposite ends of the home so we didn’t hear the baby fussing during the night.Wild Moor is stocked so well with many kitchen amenities and more plates and glasses than we could ever use. I would recommend that dimmer switches be put in the living and dining rooms. Too bright with them on and dark without.No real interaction with management company as everything went smoothly.

Spacious and bright but needs a deep clean

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was great having the bedrooms and baths at either end with small kids. It was less great having skylights over the beds in both rooms and curtains that didn't block any light. Overall, the house was decently stocked for meal prep, but it's obvious that beyond common surfaces, there's a lot of the house that hasn't been really cleaned in a long while - lots of dust and cobwebs (and some weird condensation issue with the fridge that should be checked out, as it left our groceries in puddles in the fridge), which was disappointing at this price point. We enjoyed meals on the deck and deer sightings. While the property managers were responsive, the actual booking process was a little absurdly intense and we didn't find it warranted and would unlikely jump that many hoops to stay again.

The views from the many windows were amazing. Our teenager loved sitting and sleeping in the loft space. I only wish that after a long drive, we could skip picking up the keys from the office in Guala and go straight to the house. But other than that, we had a great time!

We totally fell in love with the location, which is close enough to the ocean that you can see the individual whitecaps on stormy days, but private because it is at the edge of a lovely meadow. The house itself was very nice - roomy and lots of huge windows. The hot tub has views of the ocean, which we really enjoyed. And the upstairs loft area is a great place to sit and read in the afternoons. The primary bathroom is gorgeous - huge windows onto a private patio space, lots of light, huge jetted tub and walk-in shower. The only minor drawback is the baseboard heaters, which are a little tricky to operate.

Lovely Place with one Drawback

One large drawback: the downstairs windows need coverings. At certain points in the day the sun comes streaming through and the glare is pretty unbearable in the dining and living room areas. Perhaps it also depends on the time of year, but the ability to block out the sun for an hour or two would be quite welcome. To end on a positive note: we loved playing ping-pong!

Great view from the window seat in the living room, but and even better view from the window seat in the loft. Love the wildlife passing by so close to the back deck. Deer, rabbits, foxes, wild turkeys and a rather large bobcat this summer. The courtyard is looking a little neglected and could use some tlc. We will be back next summer and our thanks to the staff at Beach Rentals for a great vacation.

The kitchen had everything we needed, except - no pantry items of any kind except salt and pepper. Bring your own oil, sugar, aluminum foil, etc. The hot tub and pingpong table were nice amenities. Easy access to the bluff trail. Nice little garden in the back.
