“Room was HUGE! Nice patio overlooking the property and trees. The day we arrived, there was tacos and bbq happening for Father’s Day. Staff were friendly and let us check in early after a long drive and day. There is a restaurant and store on property. Store was reasonably priced. Quiet and peaceful.”

“All the staff & houskeeping were very friendly & accommodating, upgraded our cottage with out asking, taught me about the grounds, beautiful succulant plants, the Eagle that comes to their Eucalyptus trees & about the Monarch Butterflies they save their eggs inside until they hatch & have released over 4000. “The location was perfect an 2 minute walk to the beach and the included parking was a bonus. The continental breakfast was adequate and the staff was outstanding. Despite being next to the boardwalk the noise was minimal except the courtyard of the hotel was an echo chamber when guests walked through. Our room was in the back so away from the busy street but was next to the stairwell and every time the door opened it was noisy. Bring earplugs or sound machine. Very pleased overall though and...

“I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment.”

“If you are looking for A very clean room, then you will be very pleased. We are used to sleeping in a king size bed, none available so we were very cozy in a queen bed. And The A/C will definitely chill you out. Be sure to have lotion with you as there isn't any complimentary offered in the room. In all, we were in town for a quick over night stay and this property was close to our friends home and we were very pleased”

“The parking was cramped and you may not find a spot if you arrive later evening. Our bathroom vent was very noisy and probably needs replacing. I enjoyed the relaxed, 1950's vibe of the hotel and courtyard.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished, with a bathroom that feels like it belongs in a higher-end hotel. The location is perfect for reaching the main beaches at a walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again. Special mention to the staff for their kindness!”
