“Seems like most of the hotel has been updated, our suite has not been. Fantastic breakfast. Clean and warm pool. Good location. Our room was clean and tidy, but in the older part and it smelled like an ‘old lady’s house’ when we walked into the building, but not in our room. Our 3rd or 4th time staying there in about 12 years.”

“Unico albergo disponibile ad Hampton nel weekend, tappa (per noi) di passaggio per raggiungere il Maine. Costato ingiustificatamente una follia ($ 170) per un servizio inesistente. Camera vecchia, poco pulita, bagno inqualificabile e colazione modestissima in piedi. Era meglio dormire in macchina.”

The staff only changes the towels, but a good sweeper to pick up the sand would be nice. The exterior is perfect. Parking is very good and everything is secure.”

Located right on the beach, you can walk to the board walk and the sand. Local shops offer fast food and indoor upscale dining within walking distance. The beach has a stage and half shell which had bands each night. Fireworks on Wednesday night. Balcony on many rooms. A little pricey, but a nice vacation spot.”

Cute little motel, quieter end, parking was great/easy, had fridge and micro (which we didnt expect), rooms clean, AC, owners were great. Will call direct next time for better rate. Close to everything ...check out Lola's (little deli a few doors down) GREAT PLACE AND PEOPLE!! WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!!! Thanks!!”

“Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. ”
