"This is a family business and they were extremely kind friendly and helpful.. the property is beautiful... There is a pool and gardens and a wonderful restaurant. The walk to the beach is 7-9 minutes, but there is a place to park if you drive down, then a long set of stairs down to the lake. Definitely ..."

"We like the historic nature of this hotel but feel that it needs some TLC. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We ate breakfast in the dining room once. The food was fine, but the floor was dirty under tables and under the sideboard. It had been swept by the evening meal which was very good. ..."
