“The construction wasn't a problem. It was the loud thumping and running from the room above me. It was the screaming kids and the dogs barking around me, maybe consider separating loud children and guests with pets from the guests that do not have kids or pets. Overall the room was clean enough, however, it did smell like bad BO, the kitchen sink had a bad odor, I tried running the garbage disposal to rinse it out but I think the garbage disposal was broken. “First time staying here. The lady at the Front Desk let me check in a bit early which was really nice, and the freshly baked cookies on arrival were delicious! She was also very sweet to my dog and gave him his own Welcome Bag with treats, a dog bowl, and a towel and sheet in case he got dirty at the beach (which he did). “The property was under construction where people where painting and all prep literally outside our door and had to stop working to move out of our doorway whenever we would leave. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up.”
