It is is located in the heart of Seaside Heights, just 1 block from the beach and famous boardwalk. Spend your days enjoying the sandy shoreline, amusement rides, arcades, waterpark, mini golf, local shops, cafés, and a variety of restaurants—all within an easy walk. Whether you're planning a relaxing beach vacation or a fun-filled family getaway, you'll be close to everything Seaside Heights has to offer.
Most of Seaside Heights is easily walkable, and you'll be just a short stroll from the beach, boardwalk, dining, shopping, and local attractions. If you'd like to explore neighboring beach towns, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Convenient street parking is available near the property, making it easy to come and go during your stay.
*** No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.
*** No Proms/HS graduation groups
*** The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.
*** There is no off street parking. Guests must fine their own paid or free street parking.
*** All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
*** If live TV is desired during your stay, we recommend signing up for a free 10 day trial of youtube TV.
*** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape!
*** Crib rental is available for $75 per stay and can be added after booking through our guest portal.
