This property was absolutely perfect for my elderly mother since everything was accessible on the first floor and had a ramp across the street to access the boardwalk and beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Property was large and had plenty was space for our family to each have their own bedrooms and having access to laundry right in the condo made life so much easier! I would highly recommend this location and property to other families.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations, and no need for a vehicle once you are there cause everything is within walking distance. Condo was meticulously, clean and supplied with all the essentials. Couldn’t ask for a better long weekend at the beach accommodation. This is our second year in a row and this exact spot and we will continue to stay here for years to come hopefully. Places right across the street from the Boardwalk and the beach and it is not a long walk for anywhere. Waterpark, boardwalk beach, convenience, stores, liquor, stores restaurant shopping all within walking distance. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, updated & clean condo. 6 of us had plenty of room. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect location. Quick response time from landlord. Nice, clean patio area to sit outside. Look forward to booking again for next summer.

Great place in a great location just across the street from the boardwalk. Very clean and spacious. Only recommendation that I would make is for black out curtains in the two back bedrooms. Those two bedrooms have windows that look out into a parking lot. Late in the night often had people turn on their headlights as they were leaving and the Venetian blinds can't keep the light out.

The property was very much as advertised although (as I previously discussed with you via text) there was no bbq nor could we bring our own. Property was larger than expected and clean. As I advised you via text one of the kitchen/dining room chairs was broken. Also, the hallway bathroom tub wouldn't drain properly during a shower. In the second bathroom there was a very large circular spot of mold.

We had a great weekend! The place was beautiful and clean. The parking was great and the location couldn’t be beat! It was nice to have 3 bedrooms all with comfortable beds. We will definitely book this place again in the future!

II am very pleased with this booking and its location. The condo is easy to find. It is a quick walk across the street and up to the boardwalk. Parking is good.The entry door code did not work at first but the owner was very quick to respond and got us inside within a couple minutes. The property was clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms were a good size, and the bathrooms were in excellent condition and fully functional. The appliances and amenities were also excellent. My family and I enjoyed our stay and all agree that we would return. It is worth the investment.

We had such a great stay at this property. Jim (our host) was so easy to communicate with and the property was clean, comfortable and in such a great location! We were steps from the boardwalk and the beach was just a short walk. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great place! Across from the Boardwalk easy access to everything! Host was very responsive for anything we needed. Only suggestions is I wish they had more TV’s only one and it’s hard when you come with kids. Overall awesome spot!

Great Stay at the Shore!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Jim was great and very responsive, the unit was clean and spacious, and just across from the beach & boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again on our next Jersey Shore trip!

Nice getaway

We stayed at their condo in Seaside. It was one block from the boardwalk- very convenient. 3 BR/2 BA and a parking spot- plenty of space. It was a nice getaway for us!
