you did not leave the same day and renovation work was only done during daytime hours so you leave a 1 star revue for upgraded and making the property nicer? sorry to inconvenience you while the staff has been working around the clock to ix everything

You were in room number ten. You were given 2 towels, and flooded bathroom floor while taking a shower. There is, in fact, heat, as a BRAND NEW UNIT was installed in the room the day BEFORE you checked in. I know because you tried to check in at 9am. While we do admit that the property does have some issues we are working very hard to bring the 60 year old girl back. Sadly, people like you who have to fabricate complaints are the biggest problem we have. We will be recommending to Expedia to ban you from reserving rooms at ALL of our establishments, as well as requesting that they remove you from their sites all together. To top it off. ALL of the plumbing in room 10 is brand new as well as the fixtures. The flooring is brand new laminate flooring and the entire room was freshly painted not 2 months ago. We suggest you do not request a refund because you will not recieve it.

While we do agree that some things need addressing. Our staff works very hard to ensure that ALL guests needs, and concerns are met...as long as they are brought to our attention. If you see something, say something, applies to nearly every situation in our daily lives, including complaints. As for amenities such as coffeemakers and ice, we are not permitted to have additional electrical devices, i.e. hair dryers, irons, coffeemakers, hot plates, etc. in the rooms due to outdated local ordinances. I would suggest that you send your complaints to the local administrative offices instead of motel workers who cab do nothing about it.

Mops and pails line the walkway at the cleaning storage closet. Sadly this proves that our staff does, indeed, clean the rooms and the property. Towels are a daily concern as they are in high demand and are constantly being washed by our staff, I apologize for the towels you received, and know that we are working hard to rectify the situation.

Upon post inspection, and double checking photos BEFORE your check-in, your complaints have been noted, and dismissed. Please refrain from smoking in the rooms (which is illegal).

We do apologize for parking situation. We do try to accommodate parking when we can. Sometimes I even offer to pay for street parking myself. Towels are always available. If they are not already in the room then they can be picked up in the office as they are washed continuously. At least your parking was free.

we do not respond to anonymous reviews as they are usually from people who were either kicked off premises or caused some sort of mishap. As for taking pictures of manager's personal quarters it is not only frowned upon but illegal. It is a violation of civil rights and will be dealt with accordingly.

Posting pictures of Manager's personal living space is expressly forbidden, not too mention illegal. There are no "mason jars" anywhere on the property. If you are going to bash the property at least get it right. We do our best to keep our rooms clean and comfortable, but when there is an issue and no one tells the staff (which lives on the property) nothing can be addressed. As for abandoned furniture the mirror was placed there so that out of towners could take selfies. No matter how hard we try to get out of towners to comply with the rules there are always the whiny ones who expect 5 star accommodations in a 3 star town. I bet you also used flushable wipes which is expressly forbidden but self righteousness is expected I guess from people who think they are better than everyone else.

Crack stem turned out to be a pen tube, crack dust turned out to be, just that, dust. Sheets may have had a few stains but were clean. When we have people who do everything from dye their hair (which is not allowed) to smoke in the rooms (which is also not allowed) there is only so much that can be done. When people do not respect property, property will not respect people. As for not taking care of the problems. We do NOT under any circumstances go into occupied rooms without guests present. We also can not be held accountable to stay up 24/7 waiting for guests to return from their seaside adventures. We are ALWAYS more than happy to rectify any problems that may arise, but we can not and will not go into guests rooms unattended.

Agreed guests leaving room in bad condition is gross. Next time try hiding your weed ashes in the trash can instead of on the table.

We do apologize about not getting you towels in a timely fashion. We do work very hard to accommodate guests needs. We did have towels folded and ready later that evening but we were not going to hand out towels at such a late hour. Thank you for understanding and rest assured we will do better next time.

You stayed in room number 4. If you had any complaints or problems, our staff is there 24/7 to see to all of your needs. as to the doors not closing, try turning the doorknob that operates the opening and closing of said doors. No smell in room other than pet odor left behind from your dogs urine on the floor. We only supply cups by request as they usually end up in unwanted areas. Room was inspected before you entered, and after you left, and the only problems discovered was the pet waste left behind by your animal.

Only as bad as the people who leave it that way when they check out. Leaving massive amounts of uneaten food strewn about the room, and half empty alcohol containers on floor and in bathroom.

Please elaborate. We can not fix problems if no one tells us what the problems are that they had. We work very hard to ensure a clean, friendly,, safe stay for all of our guests, and will continue to do so.

Our staff works diligently yo keep our rooms clean, and safe. We will always strive to meet our guests needs, and answer their concerns, with a polite, sincere, and honest, smile.

Certain customers should be banned from renting a room in any establishment. If unhappy guests can complain about a motel, then un happy motels should be allowed to complain about guests. Fair is fair after all. For instance Customer service means ensuring that ALL clientele be treated with courteous, respectful, and professional, attitudes even when the client is a drunk/high loud mouth who complains that they no parking for their car, which should be towed away and crushed as scrap. Or when they complain about people smoking outside their rooms (which is where they are supposed to smoke) while they themselves leave a pile of ashes in the middle of the floor while they illegally smoke in the room. Or that the client leaves a toilet full of waste and debris simply because they do not know how to, or chose not to, flush the toilet during their entire stay. We apologize for not living up to your standards, but will anyone EVER apologize for not living up to decent, civilized, standards we were all raised to uphold as adults?

What was horrific was how you left the room after your stay. Would not recommend renting to you EVER again

We make every effort to ensure that our guests stay is pleasant. Trash cans are in every room and after yo checked out the can behind your door, which is ALWAYS placed next to the door in all rooms, was empty with a clean bag. Inspection of the room is performed before and AFTER every check-in and there was no refuse in the room prior to your checking in. I remember that I gave you several towels after you checked in due to them being in the laundry finishing drying. Bed bugs or any bugs in bed is inaccurate as we inspect for them regularly. I suggest that you spend more time in the motel enjoying the amenities rather than bar hopping until you can not walk up the stairs. You even forgot to drop off the room key when you checked out. Maybe it is still in your car because it was not in the trash you left in my parking lot when you left.. Sorry no refunds after check out.

I remember you. I appreciate you're feedback and we will work to rectify any problems mentioned above. As for toilet paper, we ALWAYS put a new roll in every room. If you had a problem with the amenities you should have brought it to the attention of the staff. If no one tells us what is wrong, then it cannot be rectified.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking for any, or no, reason. When a guest comes into one of our offices and belittles, harasses, or threatens, a member of our staff we reserve the right to refuse, and remove, the guest.

Towels and toilet paper are provided to every room. As for bed bugs we have none in ANY room. We do not tolerate intimidation from anyone and you will recieve what you deserve.... nothing.
