Lovely stay!

Manuela’s property was so lovely! She had water bottles and a fruit bowl waiting for us upon arrival, as well as extra things like tooth brushes and makeup wipes. She was so responsive whenever we messaged her and even welcomed us on arrival! Our group had a wonderful time. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay!

The place was exactly as described and more. Thank you Manuela for hosting us. We had a great time. This two bedroom was what we were looking for. The place had everything that we would need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and backyard (beach passes included!). A sub divided backyard for privacy and a working bbq for dinners at night. Clean and cozy - perfect for a nice labor weekend getaway. Looking forward to a return trip next summer!

Excellent place for your family vacation!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were provided everything necessary, even lots of cool games and toys for our 2 year old. We found water bottles and a huge fruit tray to snack on after our long drive. Beautiful quiet backyard, very cute and clean! Perfect location, only 3-5 minutes walk from the beach, lots of restaurants and fun stuff around. We will definitely be back next year!!! Thank you for everything!

Great!

We had a wonderful time despite the weather not being our usual hot weather week. The convenience of being able to walk to the boardwalk was great for us. Everything was just as in the listing. Manuela even supplied us with a delicious fruit tray and a sand pail and shovel for our granddaughter. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. A pleasant time was had by all! Thank you!

Seaside Heights Lovely Home

Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice location - easy walk to boardwalk. Parking was ample for 2 cars. Nice decorated and clean. Pack your clothes and toiletries and enjoy the 2 bedroom apartment on lower level of the house. Manuela was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had, We will be back!

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed a great week at the shore in Seaside thanks to Manuela and Joe! They have a lovely home with everything you need and it’s so convenient to all of the restaurants in the area and the beach and boardwalk . Manuela is a sweetheart- she was so welcoming and had a fruit basket waiting for us in the fridge when we got there ! Extremely clean, quiet and charming accommodation

A Gem in Seaside Hts

Our family was so thrilled to stay here during our summer vacation. The property was so clean and new. They even had folded towels on each bed, and a fruit salad gift in the Fridge. The location is away from the busy boardwalk but close enough to walk to each day. It is also close to the bay side where there are water sport and jet ski rentals. Finally, the property owner is Amazing!!! She was so pleasant and friendly and always available.

Comfortable and clean

Property was clean, host was friendly (even had balloons for my girls’ birthdays and a fruit tray in the fridge). Only downside for us personally was that there was no clothes laundry in the unit (no washer/dryer) but that was my error in not looking for that specific amenity in booking (there is a laundromat two blocks away). It was a very easy walk to the boardwalk/beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Great and friendly host

I stayed at the rental for 4 days 3 nights great location not noisy at all. The house had everything you need just bring beach towels. Manuela was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner, Manuela, was so responsive and provided us several helpful recommendations. The location was really convenient and the apartment was so clean and modern plus very well decorated and had many useful appliances, etc. We really loved the special touches; some birthday balloons for our family celebration and a lovely fruit platter upon arrival!

Great Stay in The Heights

Really nice location and property! Updated, clean and easy walk (5min) to the beach and Klee’s restaurant(great recommendation). Quick communication from the host and when we return we will absolutely stay here again!

Holiday Week

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Manuela did a super fast job at replying and was able to help us last minute. The house was perfect size for us and even had a few bottles of water and fresh fruit bowl upon our arrival. The house was just a short walk up a couple blocks to the boardwalk and ocean which made it easy to not have to drive down to find a spot to park. Manuela was very nice and made us feel welcome! Will definitely be coming back next time we come to New Jersey.

Pre-wedding family bonding

Manuela’s home was perfect for our 4 day “pre-wedding reunion”. Because of Covid, we have not been able to see our family from Canada in 4 years!” Seaside has been where our family vacationed since I was a child, and that is where we took our children every summer, as well! I couldn’t think of a more perfect place to have this special time together. The house was immaculate, well-equipped, close to the beach and boardwalk, and had a lovely little outdoor space for us to have our morning coffee and evening cocktails! Thank you, Manuela, for sharing your home with us! We would definitely rent again!!

Great host and the place

This rental was our first ever to rent and was actually impressed on how clean the house was. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and a wonderful quiet yard. It’s really worth the stay. The host (Manuela) was very attentive to us. She knew we were there for my sons bday so when we arrived at the house she had a bday balloon for him along with a fruit basket for us, since we drove about 2hrs, which was very nice & thoughtful of her. I would definitely rent from her again and definitely recommend all to do so. Manuela, thank you again for your your hospitality and generosity!

Great Seaside Heights Gem…

What a lovely stay! Manuela is an awesome host. This property was comfortable, super clean, and close to the beach/boardwalk! The lovely part is how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. Additionally, the owner has thought of all things one may need. There were plenty of fluffy towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, a lovely fruit plate and bottles of water upon arrival. We were so impressed with all these awesome touches. There is a cozy outdoor space that is nicely lit and serene. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach badges available as well. I would highly recommend this property for a stay at Seaside.

Beautiful beach house!

Everything about this property was top notch! Manuela & her husband have thought of every detail to make sure you have an amazing experience in their home. My wife and kids could not stop raving about the beach theme throughout the house. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the beach, plenty of food options around and we enjoyed being able to sip our morning coffee outside on the patio. 10/10 will definitely stay at this property again.

My sister and I rented the house for the weekend for us and our 4 babies.

We felt so safe and comfortable. Manuela is so warm and welcoming and her home is impeccable! She went above and beyond setting up for the babies. They all had extra blankets, sheets and a cozy pack and ply to sleep in. The beds and linens are clean and like new. Dishes and cooking items as well. We did not want to leave! Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your home.

If you are thinking of renting this property do it. It does not disappoint! You can see how much time and effort Manuela puts into this home. It was so clean and she thinks of everything from beach toys for the kids to extra toothbrushes if needed. This house has everything you could need. So glad we chose it!

Family vacation on Jersey shore

Great location in quite neighborhood, away from moose of boardwalk, but still only 7-8 min walking distance to the beach. Grocery store only 5 min drive. Easy and quick in communication host. Very clean property with all necessities and even extras ( lush towels, paper products, coffee with creamer, sugars, welcome fruit tray, water). Beach chairs, umbrellas provided. Beach badges included with your stay, which definitely saves money ($10 day beach pass, $35-week pass). We enjoyed evenings at the private backyard and used gas grill for dinner cook out. Mattress was too hard and squeaky, but it’s very individual comment and overall I would highly recommend this property and very grateful to Manuela for being such a wonderful host.
