New Listing! Beautiful 2000 Square Foot Multi-Level Townhome. 1 BLOCK FROM BEACH

Our airy and spacious townhome features over 2000 sq ft of living space with completely brand new furniture and decor. It allows plenty of room for a large family and has everything you need.

We are new owners of this condo and every item is brand new from furniture to decor.

There are 5 levels.

Level 1: Master bedroom with King bed, full master bathroom, his and her closets and balcony with table and chairs. Flat screen smart tv.

Level 2: Game room equipped with foosball table, air hockey, board games etc. Sofa with full size pullout bed, and flat screen smart tv.

Level 3: Kitchen, dining area with flat screen smart tv, sitting area, half bath and balcony with table and chairs.

Level 4: Living room with large comfy sectional couch (with full size pullout couch), flat screen smart tv.

Level 5: Two bedrooms and full bathroom. First bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has a bunkbed (twin over full). Flat screen smart tvs in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with beautiful ocean views. Washer, dryer, ironing board in hallway closet.

Kitchen is fully equipped and here are a few extras to mention:

Two car garage with 8 beach chairs, two umbrellas, boogie boards, 3 adult bikes, 2 kid bikes. Beach wagon

8 beach badges ($75 to replace if lost)
1 parking pass ($300 to replace if lost)

We supply freshly cleaned linens, comforters, bath towels, wash cloths and pillows.

NOT SUPPLIED: Beach towel, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

During the in-season (July-September) we offer a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday.

We supply Wi-Fi and smart TVs. Please have your streaming service log-ins. Remember to log out when you leave.

During the off-season, we offer a 4 night minimum stay.

Check-in: 4:00pm
Check-out: 11:00am

We had 7 adults - mom and 6 adult “kids”. Our stay was perfect. Having a few levels was great. Mom had her own floor :). Kitchen space was great for meals. Super convenient to everything. The beach and boardwalk was so close. Island Beach State Park was great for our last day of check out. We used the bikes, chairs and beach cart - so nice. And the garage is a big plus. We easily fit two small cars in it, and used the parking pass right out front. Really fun stay!!! Thank you

Beautiful home, beautifully decorated & super close to the beach & boardwalk making it easy to run back to the house if we needed to. Tons of space for everyone to move around & not feel like we were on top of eachother. Loved the private balconies for us to look out over the ocean and boardwalk. The garage was packed with all kinds of beach supplies making it so convenient & Gloria was amazing. Each time we needed anything she was quick to come over & take care of us. Beds were super comfortable to top it off!! Highly recommend staying here & look forward to booking again next summer!

Great property, very close to the beach and boardwalk! Very nicely decorated and very spacious. It was very nice having all beach supplies provided for our stay as well. Also couldn’t best having a two-car garage so we didn’t have to deal with street parking! Would highly recommend this property!

First vacation with the little ones

This was an awesome house for our first vacation with my grandchildren. House was perfect. Had everything we needed down to sand toys and wagons. House was comfy and relaxing. We parked our car and walked everywhere all week. And even had a great view off the balcony of the fireworks. Thank you Robert. we all so enjoyed your beautiful home and all it had to offer.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for our family of four and a set of grandparents (including linens which we've found to be rare for a beach rental!) Very true to the pictures and description in the listing. We loved having the balcony views of the Ferris Wheel that lit up at night! We were able to walk everywhere with ease- boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and even a fun little brewery just blocks away. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

PERFECT FAMILY/FRIENDS RENTAL

So this place was exactly, maybe better than the pictures. My family (ages 9-67) all loved using the bikes. We are all (7 of us) from Maine so the fact that everything we needed was available there helped with our trip. . Just bring your clothes and a few groceries and we were all set for the week. Everything supplied was of good quality and overall a beautiful home. There are stairs but for us it helped to separate a lot of areas which is nice for large groups. Highly recommend and am hoping to repeat next year.

Family shore trip

We had 7 people staying for the trip and the space was perfect. We never felt crowded and enjoyed the balconies in the evening to look at the boardwalk. The location is fantastic and close to the boardwalk and beach. Also right across the street from a restaurant/bar (Hooks) and next to another restaurant (Chop Shop BBQ). The host was great and took time to answer any and all question and was exceptionally responsive during our stay. A must stay if youre in the area!

Excellent choice!

Extremely well maintained, lots of extras available to use such as coolers, ice packs, bikes, lawn chairs, etc. Lots of stairs, which equates to lots of balconies and views. Hooks is right across the street, great food, drinks and service. Short walk to the boardwalk. Highly recommend and would book again.

A gem 1 block from the ocean

Truly, this place is too nice to be a rental. The decor and furnishings are “owner” quality. Where most rental properties have plastic glasses, mismatched dishes, and dull cutlery, this place has the real thing: even an electric wine opener. It came with linens and towels that we used (normally we bring our own bedding). Snap it up if it’s available but note there are stairs and many of them! And treat it well: there are too few quality places for vacation rental. This one is a keeper.

Summer Vacation

Beautiful house. It was the Perfect place for our family with adult children & friends. It is So close to the beach & everything! The house has everything you need to cook & relax away from home. The owner was always available via text or phone if needed. We would definitely consider this house for another visit to Seaside Heights.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful. Location was perfect distance from the beach. The owners had anything we would need for a perfect beach day, chairs umbrellas, wagon you name it. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

Everything about our stay was easy and pleasant! From booking to check out. Messaging the owners, easy and they responded immediately. Someone accidentally took home a tv remote. When i massaged the owners, they said no problem drop in the mail to us. I look forward to another stay at this address
