This beach stay is roomy, comfortable, and walking distance to anything you want! You are one block from the beach! The home has 4 bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a King bed, a double sink en suite, and a private deck. There are 2 queen bedrooms which share their own deck. Finally, the loft provides 4 twin beds and its own deck as well! The house also has many nooks and crannies perfect for a remote working space, a pack & play or crib, or whatever you need! On the first floor is a fully updated kitchen with oven, massive fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area has a table with 8 chairs, so everyone can enjoy a meal together! The big comfy couch allows for all the naps you could dream of. Off the kitchen through lovely sliding doors is the back porch where you can grill, get some sun, or relax and eat under the shade. There is also a powder room on the first floor, making it easy to pop in from the beach to quick freshen up! Additionally, store all your beach gear in the attached double car garage. But when you're packing, forget loading up your car: enjoy the central A/C as well as fans in every bedroom, provided linens, bedsheets, pillows, towels, beach chairs, toiletries, cleaning products and more. Across the street, challenge friends to a game of pickleball! The courts are free entry. Within blocks, you'll find the best Jersey bacon egg and cheese, delicious sushi, Pop's Coffee, Fumosa Bros Bakery, Sunny Hunny Pancake House, an amazing seafood market, the iconic Kohr Bros ice cream, and much more. You'll enjoy every moment at this home.

Our family loved the house and its proximity to the beach, shops and delicious restaurants. Also the owner was very responsive to all our pre-trip inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

This place has everything you need from beach chairs, passes to beach towels. It was a wonderful stay I’d recommend to anyone extended family.

July 4th Getaway

My friends and I had a great time staying here! The place was beautiful and clean! The check in and out process was very clear as well as communication throughout! The house is also in a great location with so much to do near by and quick walk to the beach! Would love to back and stay here again!

amazing beach house

Amazing house, perfect location, able to accommodate our group of 6 easily! We loved the balconies and extra bathrooms! We would def stay here again and absolutely recommend it!

The house was perfect for my husband and myself and my 2 adult children with their spouses annd theirs kids. The kids loved being together in the loft. The house was large and in great shape. It was very convenient to walk to the beach and arcade and ice cream.

Townhouse was clean and Had comfortable furniture. Owner provided linens for beds as well as towels. Property was in a convenient location, close to beach and boardwalk and restaurants.

2024 Family Jersey Shore Vacation

The property was perfect for our needs. Close to the Beach and Boardwalk. Large enough for my family of 10. Loved that there was a grill on the property, beach chairs and beach passes. Host was easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze.

Lots of space in a newly refurbished place

There was plenty of room for our entire party to sprawl out in. We had a great time barbecuing and hitting the local restaurants. The 2 car garage and driveway was amazing for the shore! The Tommy Bahama chairs were also amazing with their own cooler pouch(same chairs that I have!) The garbage schedule should be posted on the garage door, and the cleaning people should take the can out while they are there cleaning to ensure that it is emptied. There should be a broom to sweep up all of the sand in addition to the dust buster. I purchased and left a can opener and wine bottle opener. Some of the doors didn't close ( master bedroom especially) Should also add dressers to the bedrooms. Greatly appreciated the beach badges and condiments. Make sure to go shopping after you go to the house so you don't waste money on purchasing spices, condiments, TP, PT, paper plates etc. All in all - great place!
