THE SPACE:

At Coco Cabana you will relax at your own private two bedroom house. Our home features an open concept living space with a full kitchen stocked with all the necessary supplies. Dining chairs to seat 4 and a living room area with a sectional couch and TV.

Our primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV, nightstands and a closet.

Our second bedroom features a full size bed, night stand TV and closet for storage of personal belongining.

If additional sleeping space is needed, our living room couch converts to a queen size bed.

A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Our backyard really sets our space apart. A spacious area, with a covered dining table, a bar with running water, a cooking area and TV for gathering.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have access to the entire home and property. None of the outdoor spaces are shared with any other guests, so you will have a completely private experience. You will have full access to the interior of the house as well as the tiki bar and outdoor area.

Arriving just ahead of a Nor’easter storm limited my use of the property. However the location was very good to all the area has to offer. Was able to walk easily to everything the town offers. The bungalow was updated in every amenity and attractively decorated. The backyard was a generous living area with a full bathroom and well equipped with cooking and entertainment products. Communication with this host was immediate with response and I very much appreciated it.

Great place for small families and pets. Interior renovated and modern, very clean. Tons of kitchen storage space. Bedrooms small and had a closet but would benefit from a small chest of drawers to put clothing. The backyard was the highlight and fully fenced for our pups, shade and a fan under the tiki bar but sun and plenty of room past it for cornhole games and a small inflatable pool we brought from home. The sink and extra grill behind the bar was a plus as was the shower and bathroom connected to the tiki bar, so no need to go back in the house. The shed had new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a single bike that we did not use. Ample parking in front of the house and a grassy area for dog walking was at the end of the road. Pickle ball courts 3 blocks north and a great fitness playground 6 blocks north. Walk to boardwalk took 7 minutes dragging a beach cart.

Very clean and so close to boardwalk (walking distance). Quiet street. Nice outside space for entertaining...small, but didn't feel crowded...we had 4 adults...
