Welcome to our beautifully updated and well-maintained property. It’s a rare find located in historic Seaside Heights, (near Seaside Park).
Location, Location, Location…
The cottage opened in 2021 and is fully updated and designed with comfort and efficiency in mind. We welcome you to come experience a vacation stay at the "Seaside Cottage"; the location is simply a gem!
Our property is within walking distance from the beach, (1.5 blocks), and near beautiful sunrises and sunsets, the boardwalk, mini-golf, water park, arcades, and rides; as well as some of the best restaurants in Seaside Heights (offering a wide pallet of culinary options such as: American, Mexican, Asian, Irish Pubs, Italian, local breweries and several breakfast spots).
We have plenty of local aquatic attractions (i.e. boating, sailing, wind surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, crabbing, and fishing). One cannot forget to mention the very desirable Island Beach State Park. It is only a 5-miniute drive away and is a 10-mile stretch of pristine beachfront, full of natural wildlife and walking / biking paths, just waiting to be explored. (Bring your own bike or rent one locally.)
Want a change in scenery? Make Seaside Cottage your home base and plan some day trips during your stay, (all within 45-90 minute drive), such as: Atlantic City, Point Pleasant Aquarium, Barnegat Bay Lighthouse, Smithville, Cape May, Six Flags Great Adventure, Laurita’s Winery, Lambertville, and New Hope, just to name a few.
Visit other surrounding beach towns for an afternoon stroll, local shopping, boardwalks, or a stop for ice cream, (there are plenty of options within a 5–30-minute drive).
This is a perfect location for anyone who wants to relax in the sun and enjoy a quiet evening in the neighborhood, yet close enough to bustling activities for families and adults looking for a more active vacation destination.
Events: The surrounding towns offer several family centric events such as fireworks, concerts, movie nights, wine tastings, farmers markets, etc. Please visit the local listings, (i.e. exit82 on the web), for more detailed information about dates and times.

Our cottage is a townhouse style dwelling, which includes 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed Bedroom 2: Twin over Full bunk bed Bedroom 3: Twin Daybed (can also be used as a second sitting area) Living Room: Queen sleeper pull out couch
This provides for a comfortable stay for 4 persons (with a maximum of 6).
It is equipped with a washer and dryer, kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, and an eating area for six (6), plus a living room and desk.
Bed linens, towels and beach chairs are not provided and should be brought by the guests. In case this is a significant issue, kindly contact the host for alternate arrangements.
We have a private fenced-in outdoor space with an electric Weber BBQ and outdoor eating area on the side of the house, and a front porch sitting area; all of which are private to our cottage.
The property is approximately 800 sq. feet and is ideal for a single family with 4-6 members, or a couple looking for ample space.
While the property does have multiple sleeping spaces, we limit the maximum capacity to six (6) persons at all times. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, and this capacity is designed with that in mind.
Parking for two (2) vehicles is provided; One off-street spot and one on-street spot, via the included Parking Pass. If you have more than two vehicles, they must be parked elsewhere.
We are only hosting families and adult couples, and will not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party / absentee bookings. Therefore, the person booking the property must be 25 or older and must at the premises during the entire rental period. Failure to comply to these rules will result in an immediate cancellation of the booking, with no refund, and the guest must vacate the property immediately. Police assistance will be used as necessary. All house rules are clearly stipulated prior to booking.
Smart Home Features: We are a "smart home"; we believe in technology and the ease that it can bring to our homes. As such, all TV are smart TV’s (basic cable + local channels are available) and High-Speed Wi-Fi is included. We provide free access to YouTube TV. Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, etc., is also available, via the guest(s) account.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. (There are 4 TVs in total in the cottage.)
The cottage has 2 exits with keypad entry for self-check in and easy access during your stay.
Split Heat and A/C in-wall units regulate the temperature throughout the home,
We have a smart speaker in the house enabling you to play music.
The furniture purchased for this cottage is stylish, comfortable, and sturdy. It was not intended to be disposable, but rather designed to fit the space and provide function.
Bed frames are sturdy (made of metal), topped with highly rated mattresses and pillows, hoping to bring relaxing and comfortable sleeping nights to our guests.
We offer a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking tools requirements: dishes, cups, pots, tea kettle, serving platters, eating & cooking utensils, Keurig and drip style coffee machines, toaster, chopper, blender, baking items, waffle maker, etc.
Lastly, since the house was recently updated, we have undergone a detailed home inspection, which means you can sleep with confidence knowing our property has passed rigorous inspections, meeting all city and state guidelines.
