On the first floor, you’ll enter through a secure keypad for seamless access. Unwind in the entertainment area, complete with a cozy sitting room, foosball table, and a mini putting green. The attached two-car garage ensures easy and convenient parking.

The second floor features elegant white marble flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a double oven, coffee pot, toaster, and a full-size refrigerator. The inviting living room boasts a 65" TV and a stylish double-sided fireplace. This floor also includes a queen bedroom with ample closet space and a full bathroom with a tub and stocked linen closet.

Great house for family fun. The house is spacious, accommodating and close to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. Foosball, bicycles and corn hole added to the fun not to mention the sun deck where we grilled, lounged around and enjoyed the spectacular views. We made lifetime memories…highly recommend this house and would rent again in the future.

Our two families enjoyed our stay here very much. The property manager responded quickly when asked questions. The four bikes and four beach chairs were a great plus! The upper deck was roomy with a great comfortable couch and a large table. There was plenty of dishware and silverware. The place was immaculate when we showed up and we used all four floors. The two things I would think they could do to improve. Blackout shades in the bedroom that faces the Sun since it becomes very bright and warm early. Don't skimp on toilet paper or paper towels. Outside of those two minor things, I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody!
