  • Questa adorabile unità su due livelli può ospitare un totale di 6 (noleggiare entrambi i lati per 12) ed è vicino al centro congressi, spiaggia, negozi, ristoranti e sala giochi. La cucina comprende forno / piano cottura, forno a microonde, caffettiera. Il soggiorno ha camino a gas, TV via cavo con pacchetto canali premium, videoregistratore / DVD. La sala da pranzo è proprio fuori dalla cucina. Al piano superiore troverete due camere da letto tutte con letti comodi nuovi di zecca, una con una regina, l'altra con due letti matrimoniali. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti (si prega di portare teli da spiaggia per l'uso della spiaggia). C'è anche un barbecue hibachi per l'uso. Sono forniti giochi e giochi da spiaggia, nonché sedie portatili da portare in spiaggia. La posizione è ideale così come il prezzo! Ottimo per una famiglia, 2 coppie o affittare entrambe le parti per una riunione di famiglia più grande. Accesso wireless a Internet e animali domestici con animali domestici ammessi e deposito. The place was great! It was clean and close to the beach and shops. It was supplied with pretty much anything you need for a stay...plenty of utensils, pots and pans, blankets and linens. Lots of room. Definitely recommend!

Great location and pet friendly

We've stayed here twice and love the location. The steps to upstairs are a little steep but weren't an issue for us. This house is pet friendly, even the decor is pet focused. It's an older duplex and has a back porch with sharing of the laundry area. They had beach chairs, games, and plenty of blankets. We would stay there again and recommend it to pet owners.

Great location!

The location was walkable to everything! The beds were also very comfortable. We were a bit disappointed with the uncomfortable furniture, no dishwasher, shared laundry, no beach umbrella, and no access to a fenced area for the dog as it was on the neighbor’s side. Prices have really gone up in seaside so this is probably a great deal for the location. Overall it was good but we will probably find a different location now that Seaside has been “discovered”.

Great location!

The house location is perfect! Close to shops and restaurants and of course the beach . House had everything we could possibly need , tons of towels, pans, coffee maker etc . Only con the house could use a deep clean .

Funky cottage

The property is quite old & very outdated but has a charm. It advertises sleeps 6 but unless they were 6 very small people, not happening. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, one of which has a lumpy tilted mattress. Two people could not sleep in that bed. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable. TV has lots of streaming channels but could not find local channels.

Dirty and not as described

The place was pretty gross. I don’t think the cleaning people have ever used a mop and all the fans were disgusting and grody. The listing says use of firepit and laundry area but the regular renter on the backside and her yapping dogs don’t make that possible at all. The driveway parking was also not possible because the other renter took all the space. The screen door was broken. Definitely not worth the price we paid. This was our fourth summer in Seaside, next year we’ll stay at a hotel or pick a different beach town. Put a really bad taste in my mouth. I took pictures and plan to post them wherever I can.

Great location is only perk.

I gave it a 3 stars just for the location and ease of checking in and out. Just don't spend a lot of time on the house. Cons: dirty sheets in one of the beds. Sand and animal hair all over bedding. I knew this was an animal friendly place, but I thought they would wash their bedding. Only one bathroom upstairs. It was fine. Shared back porch where the old washer and dryer was located. Other tenants in building was doing laundry the whole time. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Place was not cleaned very well. TV was older and shows looked grainy. Lots of ceramic cat decor in dining area. Place could be rearranged better and updated Furniture and decor. Oh parking was great first night. But then others parked in spot since it was street parking. Other tenant kept car in driveway so blocked the back parking area. We found other street parking. It was just strange.

My daughter and I loved the coziness of this place. We were within easy walking distance of the ocean and downtown. The beds were super comfy and the little back yard was a great place to take our dogs to and sit and listen to the sounds around us. Definitely would recommend this property.

The best thing about this property was the proximity to the civic center. The whole unit needs a deep cleaning. I definitely would not recommend this property to older folks with limited mobility, the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, and the stairs are too narrow. Not sure why there was no way to watch regular tv, if you don’t have access to streaming services you’re screwed. No way to see any news. Our daughter and family stayed in the adjacent unit and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. She had to call the manager to send someone out to clean it before they could unload and settle in. Overall not happy with the accommodations

Perfect location for convention center event

Parking issues no yard for pets

This was a good location however parking was a problem. Had a single driveway for two units so at times you would get blocked in and the street parking was not available at times. It’s a dog friendly property but no yard for them to go potty in very inconvenient. There were lots of pet stains on the carpets upstairs and the house needed cleaning . The kitchen fridge was spotless and so was the oven. The two beds upstairs in the guest room were terribly sunken in the middle. The main bedroom had a nice mattress. The trip consisted of one grandma, one daughter, one daughter in law and one granddaughter. This was the only available option on short notice and it was more about being together than this house. Next time I will stay in a dog friendly hotel on the beach as I usually do.
