  • Questa adorabile casa con interni di pino nodoso è solo 1/2 isolato dalla spiaggia. Il tocco artistico / decoratore lo rendono una classica casa al mare. Completamente arredato con lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno, TV via cavo, DVD Blu-Ray e TV a schermo piatto, giochi per bambini e WIFI gratuito. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tostapane, microonde, pentole e stoviglie. Sunporch con mobili in vimini, più ponte di fronte, ponte sul retro con mobili da giardino e barbecue a carbonella. I would have to say this is one of the best beach houses I've stayed at!! The location is amazing, two blocks to the beach, three blocks from town! The house is so nice and has everything you need!! Omg the hot tub is so nice even in february!! Absolutely loved this place!!

Property was clean and check in was easy. House is cute, beach decorations throughout home , very old house -pull chain toilet , claw footed tub adds to the charm. No ice available in fridge since older home no ice hook ups but prop manager was so kind to bring us a bag of since we needed some and did not know this. Loved the sun room / porch in front and old school arcade games in hallway. Didn't love (or realize) that both bathrooms were downstairs which made it tough for my older aunt who's room was upstairs so she chose to sleep downstairs on the couch for late night bathroom reasons. Hot tub was nice to have and we used it once - although 9 pm seemed way to early to get out (as posted in house rules ) Overall great and charming place to stay very near to the beach.

This cottage is so cute and cozy! We loved the vintage feel. Everything was very clean and in great repair, and what needed to be modern (ie, appliances) was. We didn't end up using the hot tub, so can't report on that. I will note that I don't recommend using the water-closet style pull-chain toilet in the middle of the night, it will wake people up.

Roomy

Plenty of room for everyone, especially love the sunroom. Watch the dishes in the microwave, they overheat quickly and burned a few of us.

Good location

Location of place was excellent, walked down to the beach and downtown area everyday. Older but beds we’re comfortable and kitchen well stock except utensils need a few more added. Went downtown to the old theatre for supper and a beverage I would say it was our best meal and a real cool experience as tgtt we y had Monday night football on the full size theatre screen. Would stay here again not super fancy but adequate for the price and location to promenade and downtown.

Seaside Volleyball Tournament

Clean house close to the beach. Was perfect for the volleyball tournament, took about 10 minutes to walk to center court. Floor was a bit creaky for those ‘middle of the night’ bathroom breaks, but otherwise a great pad for the weekend. Thanks!

House was super cute, convenient location good parking and well stocked. Gets pretty hot upstairs with it being an old house. I dont think theres AC up there but they do equip you with a lot of fans. Not a 5 because that and one couch smelled like feet pretty bad and hot tub had a bunch of sand in it. Everything else was great!

Cute house with an easy walk to town and the beach. Nice living and kitchen area, though the dining table and chairs are a tight fit. Plenty of sleep space with a downstairs bedroom, two upstairs bedrooms, and a loft with three twin beds. Two bathrooms, one with a clawfoot tub and an old style toilet, the other with a shower. Washer/dryer was great to have. They even have two old arcade style video game machines for the kids. Off street parking and the included 50A EV charge plug was awesome!There were a few things that could be better, but none would prevent me recommending the house. I read it was built in 1922, so the floor creaks pretty bad in places, especially upstairs. The stairs up are steep as expected in a house this age. Also beware the two upstairs bedrooms are in an attic space and have very low headroom on one side of the room. There were a few maintenance issues I reported to the management company so hopefully they will get resolved. The hardwood floors desperately need refinishing and the window blinds really need to be replaced as well. It feels like the house just needs some TLC, though everything was clean and usable. The management company provided plenty of towels, TP, travel shampoos, etc. They were also very receptive of the feedback on maintenance items.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our two families vacationing in Seaside and we'd recommend it to others.

Short Walk to the Beach & Cute Shops

My wife and I wanted to take the kids for a beach house experience. She had stayed in Seaside once before and fell in love. This house was conveniently located near the best part of the beach where ALL the sand dollars are. The house slept all of us comfortably and we ended up inviting my MIL and her boyfriend to share the experience with us. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. We had a non-emergency issue and the hosts were very responsive and corrected the issue within a couple hours. Well done! We are vacation rental owners as well and understand what is necessary to provide a great experience. They were great. Shops were easily accessible by walking or by car. We had a blast and made great memories. We may just invest in Seaside to give an excuse to come back time and time again.

Great location

So close to the beach! We stayed here in 2012 before my son left for college and had a wonderful time. We went back with our son and his fiancée and had a very special time. It’s not a fancy house, it was very adequate for our needs.

Family Getaway

We planned a 4-day family getaway with our pregnant kid, their partner, and his parents, so we could meet the other soon-to-be grandparents who live in a different state. The house worked out very well, even with an 8 1/2 month pregnant person! The beach was close to walk to, and everything in the house worked well, except the beds all seem to slope into the center. But aside from that, we loved it.

Girls weekend

Property needs a deep cleaning, dusting, furnace cleaning and much of the home needed basic maintenance. All bathrooms on the main floor made it difficult for older individuals. Nice location, quiet, space for gathering.
