OCEANFRONT - Grazioso condominio al 4 ° piano, con ampia vista sull'oceano! Balcone con vista sul famoso lungomare e con pochi passi dal sentiero della spiaggia, questo condominio è perfetto per una vacanza al mare. Ristoranti e negozi sono 2 isolati a nord, e ovviamente la spiaggia; solo passi avanti. Camera da letto con letto king size con TV a schermo piatto e bagno principale ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. Il secondo bagno è comune alla sala. Il soggiorno ha un letto Queen Murphy e un doppio divano letto, TV a schermo piatto con streaming NetFlix, giochi, libri, DVD e docking station per iPod. La cucina è completamente arredata e include lavastoviglie. Mobili da giardino per il tuo divertimento sul balcone a guardare i bellissimi tramonti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in loco disponibili per gli ospiti al piano terra. Parcheggio per 2 veicoli. A pochi passi da qualsiasi parte della città. No animali. Anniversary trip

The condo is nice. Upon arrival we like others we encountered while there were unsure of location. Unable to get help by phone we had to get help from other people arriving at location. We in turn did the same for unsure visitors in the days that followed. Simple signs stating visitor parking might help.

Great stay at Seaside

You can’t beat the location. One minute walk to the boardwalk and under 3 min to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and extras like beach chairs and umbrellas. Lovely stay-we will be back! Thank you!

Nice location

Nice environment, cozy, quiet and mainly clean. The only thing I would mention is that the floors were dirty with food so I had to vacuum because we have a baby that crawls and the vacuum didn't work that great. Other then that we would definitely book this place again.

Great - Pictures don’t do it justice

This place was great, better than the pictures. Incredible views, great location. Only negative is the walls seem very thin and it’s easy to hear your neighbors. We would happily rent it again.

Excellent view, close to promenade, wind was great for flying kites, and very cozy condo for a weekend getaway. Quiet building. I would book it again.

Great place to stay.

The place was perfect. Clean. We'll set up. We had every thing we needed. Too floor. Nice and quiet. A couple things I noticed were: We lost something and lifted a couple of portions of the Davenport and it was not.clean under them. Kid toys small and food (popcorn, nuts, candy). Also the bathroom in the guest room the plumbing in the sink may have an issue (in my opinion). The cold water side which is usually on the right is on the left and the hot water side is usually on the left is on the right. Confusing. Maybe someone could swap the plumbing? Another blanket would have been nice. And we couldn't get regular tv because the instructions weren't simple enough or not very clear. It was a truly great place. Just those few thing were kind of odd. We had a great time there.

Second getaway with new baby. Let’s relax on the beach.

As new parents we wanted a relaxing trip, and have been to seaside a few times previously. Most things are within walking distance. So with a great view and easy walks to food and sights we figured this would be a great trip to continue learning how to travel with our little man. The place did not disappoint. Even with wet weather the view was outstanding. The place was spacious but cozy. Nicely remodeled kitchen with lots of amenities. Comfy Main bed (we did not try the pullout). Many little extras, games, blankets and some beach items were all great bonuses. There were a few minor cons. The Screen door was stuck open, (but with rainy weather we did not need to use it). There were a few minor cleaning issues, with some stains on the carpet (that had been previously cleaned) and some of the towels and bedding had bleach spots or minor staining from use that did not come out during cleaning services. Having a newborn with us noise was a bit of an issue in the bedroom as we heard barking dogs, early construction and elevator noises from the room. Rest of the house was quite though. These noises are not the owners fault and just a minor annoyance. We also both experienced some allergy issues (We associated with possible cat or dog dander as that’s our only real triggers) but did not know for certain and luckily things didn’t get worse. Overall this is a great place to call home base while visiting Seaside. You should consider staying here we will next time we go back

The perfect Seaside location!

We rented this property for a friends get-away and it was perfect! The two "real" beds were both excellent and the two full bathrooms was fantastic. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed (and more!). There were even beach chairs. It was really close to everything we needed. We'll definitely rent again!

Stellar View

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Place was clean. Couch was comfy. Bed was a little firm for our taste, but that's just us. Hands down the best thing about the property is the view, can't be beat! The weather was not very cooperative while we visited, but sitting on the great couch and watching the view was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
