OCEANFRONT - Bel condominio al 4 ° piano, con ampie vedute sull'oceano! Balcone con vista sul famoso lungomare e con pochi passi al sentiero sulla spiaggia, questo condominio è perfetto per una vacanza sulla spiaggia. Ristoranti e negozi sono a 2 isolati a nord, e naturalmente la spiaggia; solo passi avanti. Camera da letto ha re letto TV via cavo / DVD e bagno padronale ha una vasca / doccia combo. Il secondo bagno è comune alla sala. Il soggiorno ha un letto Queen Murphy e un divano letto queen-size, TV e DVD. La cucina è completamente arredata e include lavastoviglie. Mobili da esterno per il vostro divertimento sul balcone per guardare i meravigliosi tramonti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in loco disponibili per gli ospiti al piano terra. Parcheggio per 2 veicoli. A pochi passi da praticamente ovunque in città. No animali. NOTA: QUESTO È UN BENE IMMOBILE. NON PUOI FUMARE NELLE CAMERE, SU BALCONI, AREE COMUNI O PAZIENTI.

The location to the beach, promenade, and shops and restaurants was perfect. Every thing in short walking distance. The condo was comfortable and fully accommodating and exceptionally clean upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the serf from the balcony. Access to locations via the boardwalk made it easier to get around...especially to get our waffle cone treats.We didn't realize the volleyball tournament was scheduled the first weekend that we arrived. We welcomed the calm after the noisy crowds left the beach.

Great experience!

We had a great stay at this property. It was located within walking distance to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend if you heading to Seaside.

Great location

This condo is in a perfect location. Very relaxing views and nice set up. The blinds were broke in the living room but we figured it out. Lived having the elevator. Used the laundry room and it was clean.

Great location

We had a very enjoyable time staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an awesome view of the beach and it’s just a two minute walk to the beach. It’s also a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again!

A stress reliver

My wife has a very stressful job and the beach is her therapy! This location has a great view and it is right along the promenade, which makes for easy walks on the beach. We had a great time.

Seaside rainy getaway!

Despite the rain, we had a terrific time! Even the ocean in the rain is magical plus Seaside had plenty of attractions to keep us happily occupied for 3 days. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus a great view!

Fabulous View and Fabulous Location

We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the ocean and the rain. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Seaside for shops, the carousel mall and restaurants. Three beds for 3 adults was perfect; they were very comfortable.

Overall a wonderful stay! View is amazing. Clean except for the dishes in the cupboard. Guessing last person that stayed put the dishes in the dishwasher but didn’t turn it on. Cleaning crew just emptied it without looking.

Our favorite place to stay

We have stayed in this building twice now, and plan on coming back every year. Loved this unit. Very clean, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed and couch. We were very happy there.

Great location

Beautiful view, great location, spacious condo. Everything was very clean and tidy! You can tell the condo, fixtures, and appliances are old, but only because of the style. It was a bit like a time capsule, and I mean that in the most positive way. We loved it! We were shocked that everything looked so great and nicely kept. We highly recommend this place!

Needs some work

The location is great. And I love having two bathrooms and a king size bed. But there are several things that need work. One of the burners on the stove doesn’t work. The toaster is not working correctly. The shower in the master bath is difficult to use and has a rusty drain. The screen door going out to the deck needs to be replaced. We had to rub it with dish soap in order to get it to slide closed. The curtain rods are not adequate for the weight of the curtains. We bought some air fresheners just because the place smelled so musty.
