Una vista sul fiume e solo 1. 5 isolati di spiaggia- una splendida posizione dove il fiume incontra il mare! Una facile passeggiata al ballo e alla spiaggia, situato in una tranquilla strada in un quartiere residenziale. Il fascino vi attende in questa casa finemente ristrutturata e splendidamente decorata con ottimi servizi - terrazza con barbecue, cortile recintato e ampio cortile posteriore, stufa a legna e tranquillo angolo di seduta. Nuova cucina e bagno e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. I nuovi tappeti e mobili aggiungono comfort per il soggiorno. Da internet wireless per deluxe TV via cavo (vista sullo schermo piatto 40 '), e una cucina ben attrezzata, si può vedere ci proponiamo di offrire ogni comfort.

Potrete godere di parcheggiare l'auto e raggiungere a piedi tutto. Vivi l'osservazione degli uccelli nel cortile alberato (comprese le aquile) e la raccolta delle conchiglie sulla spiaggia (forniamo anche secchi, pale e giochi). È possibile ascoltare l'oceano - ed è una breve passeggiata per la zona / città Prom.

Clean and cozy, and close to the beach. Has everything you need and enough space for family of 4 and a small dog. Owners are kind and very responsive! Couple things to note: if you're traveling with small children (toddlers) it's 2 blocks to the sand/grassy terrain and then another 2-3 to the actual beach. I say this for those parents who will be carrying kids and toys back and forth to note just as an FYI. This is a lower apartment of a 2-plex, so you will have upstairs neighbors and the hot tub is shared so just again FYI. No issues with either just wanted folks to be aware. If you bring your bikes (or rent 1 block away) you can catch the promenade paved walkway that goes downtown, we will do this next time! The place was very clean but please note some windows need to be replaced so if you have a mildew allergy/sensitivity just be aware. Loved the overall location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host. Would recommend for families looking for a good location at a reasonable price.

I'm a single dad that recently traveled with my grown daughter and gwr longterm partner. This was the perfect property to simultaneously be close and have great autonomy. The hosts were kind, responsive, and very accommodating.

The house was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beach is a very short walk away. Since the house was a little ways from the center of town, the beach was not as busy. City center was a short mile away with many excellent restaurants. I suggest Normas for clam chowder and so much more.The host was very accommodating. Thank you Joan.

The home is very nice. Quiet street and close to the beach. The only disappointment was the hot tub. Which was part of why I rented. Wimpy jets.

The home is definitely older and in a residential neighborhood with older homes -- some fixed up and some not. The house has been split into two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit had a private entrance as well as common outdoor areas, which are nicely landscaped. We stayed in the lower unit. It was nicely decorated and had been upgraded. The kitchen had what looked like new appliances. The unit was clean and cozy with some good amenities. We were traveling with dogs, so we appreciated access to the enclosed front yard. The only issue we had was how noisy the footsteps were from the top unit. Whoever was in the unit our first night came in around 10 p.m. We listened to what almost sounded like stomping for the next 90 minutes or so that prevented us from sleeping. We were then woken up the next morning around 5:45 a.m. to the same loud footsteps. I'm sure the people weren't actually stomping but the floor must be "paper-thin for such noise.

The house was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities plus so much more. Location go the beach is awesome, just a quick 2 block walk to the sand grass dunes. The stretch of beach that far north is not as populated so its a great stretch to allow the dog to run. Distance to town is so fast and easy on the back roads walking or driving. We thur enjoyed our stay.

Cleaning person forgot to show to clean, owner refunded cleaning deposit, we loved the firepit, th clean hot tub1 the sofa was terrible!! we got every pillow around so we could stand to sit, Really needs to be replaced, the rest of our stay as great, beds were great!!

Thank you giving ua a niice welcome to Seaside Clean, refreshing decor. Organized nicely. Lovely backyard. Heater in bathroom had debris and was in questionable shape. Also"air filter" in bedroom had a really dusty fan. Couch in LR was not conformable, spring were very wore.

Fantastic home with very close proximity to the beach! The communication and check in process was seamless and all descriptions of the place were accurate. The fire pit added a nice touch on these chilly early spring nights, and the dog friendly yards were exactly what we needed for the pups. Overall great experience 5⭐️
