Un isolato dalla spiaggia!

Se stai cercando nostalgico, questa casa è. Costruito all'inizio del 1900, può ospitare fino a 16 persone. Hai vista sull'oceano da tre camere da letto, oltre ai seguenti aggiornamenti; cucina e bagni ristrutturati. Nuovi tappeti e pavimenti in tutta la casa. La casa si trova sul lato nord se Seaside al 235 12th Avenue.

Questa casa offre accesso wireless a Internet, due ampi soggiorni e un ottimo parcheggio fuori strada per un massimo di quattro auto. C'è anche un bel cortile sul retro e un ponte da gustare con una griglia a gas! Situato a mezzo isolato dalla spiaggia, quindi le passeggiate sul lungomare sono un must! Tieni presente che questa casa è alta tre piani, quindi ci sono molte scale da considerare.

Un soggiorno è completo di camino a gas e splendida vista sull'oceano. Il secondo soggiorno ha una TV e 2 divani. Ci sono sei camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale ciascuna. La settima camera ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. La camera da letto al terzo piano ha il proprio bagno privato. C'è anche un'area di lettura privata al terzo piano. Ottimo per le famiglie.

Our host was very accomedating. She helped with logistics of finding a place to park our trailer. Above and beyond. The home when we arrived was perfect. 60th bday surprise

Had a great time for my husbands surprise bday celebration!! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and lots of space for visiting, playing cards, enjoyed the deck and short walk to town and the beach! We would def stay here again.

Such charm!!

This house is so charming! Super clean, so many rooms, and cozy! Everyone felt right at home, and slept great. All the beds were comfy, and again, so much space for everyone. 11 in our group, and we enjoyed it the whole time. Two days were raining and just yuck weather ( perfect west coast beach weather) and there were a couple of leaky windows, but the wind was blowing so hard and sideways , it would have been surprising if there hadn’t been any windows. Contacted the manager(or owner) she asked for pictures to know which windows needed the love, so I know they are being taken care of. There were some ants in the bathrooms, but we have them in our houses, ‘‘tis the season. Other than that- we would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for opening up this place for visitors!

Big beautiful house in a great location

We enjoyed our Easter weekend. The sunsets views from the house were amazing. The home has a lot of space with several seating areas inside & outside.The host was very accommodating & check in was hassle free.

Perfect for a group!

We were in town for a conference, and this was perfect for our group! Everyone loved having their own room, the beds were comfortable, the fire was cozy, and communication with the owner was excellent! We only wished we had more time at the house and on the beach. It was wonderful; I highly recommend it.

Great House for a Group!

Eight friends visited the Oregon Coast and stayed in this house. We loved it. There was plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in, and there were so many bedrooms!

Excellent Stay for the Whole Team

Our work team enjoyed our stay while attending a conference in Seaside. There was lots of space to allow us to spread out; the 4 bathrooms were especially appreciated as we all get ready each morning. The areas for gathering together were also great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Big house for all Group

We really love this house for our women’s golf group. 12 of us stay comfortably here and so enjoy the close walk to the beach! Great living room spaces and kitchen. We will stay here again.

Chicago visits Seaside

Great accomodations! Beautiful house. Perfect for our 9 people. Every couple and individuals had their own rooms. 4 bathrooms was perfect! SO CLOSE to the beach! The parking was large and off street. So so clean! Our stay was comfortable and relaxing!

Perfect for our family

This rental was the perfect size for our large family. when we arrived, the place was very clean and updated. The kitchen was completely stocked, which made cooking large meals very easy. We loved the easy access to the beach. The host made sure that we had plenty of linens. We did need extra chairs for the front porch.

HTC Seaside retreat

Leah was a great host and the property offered a lot of room for our HTC team! I even had a chance to briefly chat with Leah in person prior to our check out. And, one of my runners left an item and Leah offered to mail it back to my runner at no coast to us. Thank you Leah and maybe we get to rent the house next year for HTC 2025

Awesome location!

Plenty of space for everyone - and steps to the beach. We were able to walk everywhere - town, beach, outlets and shops. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the porch on the front and deck on the back. Great stay!
