Benvenuti a Seaside Beach Club # 203! Questo splendido condominio di fronte al mare al secondo piano a Seaside è proprio sul Prom e si trova a pochi isolati dal cuore del centro di Seaside. Completa con una camera da letto e due bagni, questa unità può ospitare fino a sei persone.

Entra in questa caratteristica unità a tema sulla spiaggia per una vacanza rilassante sulla costa dell'Oregon. Il soggiorno è splendidamente decorato in blu e coralli per una vera sensazione di spiaggia. Una TV a schermo piatto con un lettore DVD è inclusa per l'intrattenimento quando il tempo non è cooperativo. C'è anche un ponte posteriore privato incluso in questa unità, basta uscire e goditi la vista sull'oceano dell'Oceano Pacifico e sul lungomare! Un tavolo da pranzo può ospitare quattro persone, con più spazio situato al bancone della cucina, completo di sgabelli da bar. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto veloce e semplice fatto in casa. Scendi nel corridoio e troverai la camera da letto, completa di un letto matrimoniale e di un'altra TV a schermo piatto. Il divano letto e un letto matrimoniale Murphy sono disponibili nel soggiorno. Un bagno offre una cabina doccia, mentre l'altro ha una vasca / doccia combo. Scendi al piano di sotto e fai una passeggiata sul Prom fino ai negozi e ai ristoranti di Seaside, oppure rilassati e guarda un bellissimo tramonto sulla spiaggia con la tua famiglia. Very happy with this rental. We did have some trouble getting in but only took About 30 minutes to sort out over the phone.The main bed is rough. Everything else was great. Comfortable seats and well stocked dishes.I would rent again.

With a gorgeous view of the ocean and positioned right on the promenade, this was a great location to relax and get some walking in too. The interior could use a little upgrading but everything worked fine. Would stay again.

There were large stains on the living room carpet and none of the furniture was comfortable at all, especially the chairs.

Proprrty was old, beds were awful, black mold in one bathroom. The posting of the place was not what it was in reality. Upon arrival the lock gor the door wouldn't work and we waited one hour in the rain for the host to open. Checkout was at 10, not 11 a.stat

The view and location is worth the rest of it but I value people’s reviews and would like to have know this about the property. It needs to be updated and decluttered. The bedrooms main bed is bad and had stained sheets so we slept in the hide-a-bed that was better. Kitchen items are old and I had to clean before using. The deck and view made it worth it. The carpet is stained and towels old but again not the end of the world just for the cost with all the fees it seemed like it would be a bit nicer inside.

We had a great time. The condo was perfect distance from downtown and all the 4th of July activities. Perfect view of firework show and people watching. The place was clean and right on the boardwalk and with easy access to the beach. Make sure to bring your own coffee for the keurig. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved the location on the Promenade, the view, all of the kitchen supplies as we cooked the majority of our meals there and the beach proximity. I would return next week if it were possible. Marlene

Great location & cozy place. I would suggest additional towels and there were no linens for the pull out couch or pull out bed. Plenty of blankets though.

It was nice place to stay close to promenade and all the fun things! Lot a of kitchen gadgets! the beds do need to be upgraded but other then that it was great!

The unit was as described/pictured. Lovely view! Just 1-3 blocks S of Broadway (turnaround). Our adult daughter joined us and the Murphy Bed was comfortable, but the bedding seemed haphazardly tossed into the linen closet and had a bunch of fragrance packets to cover something? The faucets were difficult to regulate, it’s probably on the maintenance list? The place was clean and kitchen well appointed. Great View of the Prom from the inside and the nice private lanai/sliding door was well maintained & windows clean! Would rent again for two due to the Murphy bed.

Cute and quaint condo. Has everything you'll need during your stay. Amazing views of the beach. Location is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Loved our little getaway in Seaside Oregon! Thank you!

Overall this was decent. Not great. Not terrible. Decent. The bed was hard as a rock, so if you’re looking for a comfortable bed this isn’t a good choice. In spite of having a full-size water heater, the hot water ran out after about 20 minutes in the shower. The sliding glass door onto the balcony wouldn’t stay on the track which made it very difficult to open and close. It definitely needs to be replaced. The digital lockbox didn’t work, so we had to call for an alternate way to enter. They resolved the issue quickly, but it was an annoyance that wasn’t welcome after a full afternoon of driving. While the location was great, the unit did not meet our expectations for what we paid. We would probably only stay here again if it were a last option.

Great location... Some dishes were dirty had to wash, so I guess they don't check the dishes coming out of the washer that was the 👎 about our stay also the refreg. Was dirt on the outside and I brought my wipes the wipe everything down...

The sliding screen door was broken which is crucial during the summer months to get some air into the unit Also the cleaning service forgot to empty the clean dishes out of the dishwasher. Overall the unit was clean but some lose hairs were found in the bathrooms upon arrival

This building is right on the Prom with beautiful beachfront views. We loved being able to drink our coffee on the balcony, see sunset from the apartment, and being steps from the sand. There were a few minor hiccups which I think were the result of the housekeeping being a little short staffed or working more slowly while training someone new. For example, the unit was not ready at the designated check in time, but we were glad to receive a call letting us know that would be case and happy to explore the area a bit before checking in. Then I think in haste to ready our unit, some items that I would typically expect at a vacation rental were overlooked. For example, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper on the holder with no extras in the bathroom cupboard and no detergent for the dishwasher, so we stocked these up ourselves on our second day with a quick trip to Safeway. We'd happily stay here again and recommend to friends because it was a comfortable apartment in such a great location.

Upon arrival we found the condition of the property to be terribly dirty. Broken glass and dried/burnt food in each of the four stove top burners, crumbs and greasy handprints all over the toaster, dirty coffee pot, dirty dish in the dishwasher, just to name a few things. I snapped photos and immediately contacted the after hours “emergency” number that was given in our arrival email. They got me in touch with the manager who assured someone would be out to clean the following day. We came back from a day out to find whomever came in only wiped the bottom drawer of the refrigerator out, which had some dried greens left in it. Nothing else was cleaned. I reached out to the manager once more. Still waiting to hear back about proper compensation. What I did love about this place is the stunning view from the deck, the proximity to everything in Seaside, and the size of the condo for our family. We still enjoyed our time in Seaside and hope this company will reach out and make it right.
