Welcome to your idyllic beach escape—an airy, spacious home nestled in the heart of Seaside Park, designed for families just like yours to unwind and create lasting memories.

Walk upstairs to a breathtaking, light-filled retreat with soaring vaulted ceilings, large skylights, and an open-concept layout that instantly feels like home. Spa-like bathrooms with rain showers and a soaking tub in the king suite offer the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or bay.

Turn right to a cozy, family-friendly space designed for connection—featuring a spacious living room, huge Smart TVs, and even an arcade basketball game. The fully stocked kitchens make it easy to gather for snacks or family feasts.

Just one block from the beach, bay, boardwalk, and marina, you’re steps from all Seaside Heights has to offer. Planning a reunion or wedding weekend? The town’s banquet hall is just minutes away.

This thoughtfully furnished home offers ample space for large families to spread out, reconnect, and relax:

5 total sleeping areas with a mix of king, full, and bunk beds

3 full bathrooms, including spa-like finishes and a luxurious soaking tub in the king suite

One full unit is located on the first floor with no stairs—ideal for elderly guests or anyone needing easy access to the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms without stairs. It is separated from another first floor condo with a steel security door.

Two large open-concept living areas that can accommodate the entire family on either floor; the second floor features soaring vaulted ceilings, beautiful exposed wooden beams, and skylights flooding the space with natural light

While the sun roofs can warm the house a bit upstairs, central A/C + large ceiling fans keep things cool

Guest Requirements
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Park requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.

To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.

Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.

No Parties or Loud Gatherings
➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.
➤ (Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

Furniture Should Stay Where It Is
➤ We’ve set up the cottage for your comfort and convenience. Kindly refrain from moving or rearranging furniture.

➤ We take pride in offering a clean space.
➤ If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team.

✮ THINGS TO NOTE ✮
- There is a small spiral staircase in the corner of the home, it is completely sealed off and is inaccessible by either condo. Please do keep an eye out for any curious kids wanting to explore that corner.
- Please note that the first-floor condo is interconnected with another unit by a steel security door—each side has its own deadbolt, and you will have private access to one side only.
- For your safety, we have security cameras covering the exterior of the patio, including the entrances and patio. There is also one camera in the entrance area of the building.

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Park. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
