Drifting Sands Oceanfront Hotel
I've stayed here twice during the off season for local events. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. There is ample free parking on site and an elevator (in the building I stayed at, not sure about the other buildings). I would stay here again.

Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further ...

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place stinks of cigarettes in the rooms, in the halls, it's gross. It sucks to even SIT on the bed. The blanket is as thick as an airline blanket. There were people partying directly outside our room in the parking lot (the wall between is floor to ceiling window, by the way.) ...
