“The property had many thoughtful touches. I enjoyed getting a little peace with a nice soak in the tub (amazing) and some yoga. Snack and beverage options were delightful. And the decor was so fun. It was the perfect stop on my 40th bday solo trip!”

“We needed a room for 1 night and this is a Motel 6 so my expectations weren’t super high to begin with. The property wasn’t too dirty but it did have an unusual oder almost like Chinese Food was left in the hallway for a couple hours. They do not offer cots, the rooms have vinyl plank floors and no couch so we had to hunt down a comforter set at a local store to make a bed on the floor for my son. “I would not recommend this hotel. While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. “Could not be happier with this hotel. Check-in was a breeze and Joanne was super friendly. The room was clean and the amenities were excellent: kitchenette with real dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. (so much nicer than the cheap paper cups you get at most hotels), a generous amount of coffee & tea, popcorn when you check out a movie (thanks again, Joanne!), and other really nice touches to make guests feel welcome. “Perfect walkable location”

“An amazing place to stay, small walk to the beach. Minutes away from food and entertainment.”

“Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!”
