“Everything was perfect! Great communication with the host! Perfect location and included beach chair setup. The grounds and facilities are all well-maintained and inviting. The condo is spacious, beautifully updated and decorated, and comfy. I loved that it’s in a location nicely removed from Destin traffic, but still close to everything! Lovely stay!”

“The property is close enough to the beach to be able to walk there. Which is super convenient so you dont have to worry about finding parking by the beach. The unit was cute and spacious. Really enjoyed the back porch to relax on after a long day. ”

“It was very clean and a nice big space for our family of 5 (adults). We let loved that it faced the beach and was just a short walk away. Pool/hot tub was nice and clean. My only complaint was checkout was way too early. We will definitely be back. ”

“We were not informed ahead of time that the building was not safe to occupy. The County posted a notice on the post and the building was condemned. We were scared that the roof would collapse on us. I have a pic of the notice and will be happy to share it with you.”

“This was the First of many sister trips. This was for my 73rd Birthday with my sisters. I location and views was amazing. The Condo was beautiful amd very clean. There was a little issue on the last day with the water but the were able to get it corrected after a few hours. I would definately recommend. They are very gracious host and the rental company was very helpful with activites and restaurants in the area since this was our first visit. You will not be disappointed at all.”

“Nice 8 min walk to beach. Beautiful view from large balcony! Heated pool! Would be perfect if other pools were heated in early spring! Pools very clean. Condo was very nice and clean. The pull out couch could have a better mattress. The top bunk should have rail for safety! ”

“This property is a gem! Great location! I was traveling with my 5 yo son. Plastic plates, bowls & cups would be a nice addition for the families that stay at this location. There are zero. Being on the far corner of the property allowed for privacy and seemingly a private entrance. Parking was no issue, ever. Comfy bed!! Laundry was right out the front door. If you download the app for the machines, you'll receive a $5 credit. Enough for 2 loads. Definitely not a big deal not having one in the...

“We had a wonderful week at Ariel Dunes 1. It was a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach and blue water. The resort itself was very spacious for our family of 6. The heated pool was great for the cooler evening and some of the cooler days. We will definitely be coming back.”

“The views and beach were amazing - parking was horrible the spots are VERY narrow and there were 3 pickup trucks parked next to each other and you can’t open doors - the space was dated and pretty dirty - walls had dirt on them and felt pretty grimy and bad part was there were no cleaning products at all to even wipe down things”
