La casa si trova proprio sulle acque pulite di Puget Sound in una zona pittoresca di Burien chiamata "Three Tree Point". L'intera casa è stata ristrutturata e decorata in un'atmosfera "da spiaggia".

Three Tree Point è una comunità unica e affiatata, piena di energia attiva. Vedrai spesso i leoni marini prendere il sole o sentirli abbaiare, aquile calve che volano sopra di loro e salti di salmone. Insieme a tutta questa fauna selvatica, ci sono altre attività acquatiche come la vela, il paddle boarding, il kayak, il kite surf, il pettinatura in spiaggia e persino il nuoto. Davvero una gemma nascosta nel nord-ovest del Pacifico!

Una cucina completamente attrezzata è luminosa e aperta, perfetta per intrattenere. Il bagno completo si trova al piano principale. Un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto tipo loft ha porte francesi su un piccolo ponte arredato con sedie e un tavolo perfetto per il caffè del mattino e vista sul Monte Rainier. Una piccola stanza con un letto singolo è appena fuori dalla camera da letto al piano superiore che ha spazio aggiuntivo per un pacchetto-n-play per un bambino o un bambino piccolo, se necessario. La camera da letto al piano di sotto ha un letto matrimoniale. Il secondo bagno è nel garage, perfetto per fare la doccia dopo aver appeso fuori sulla spiaggia.

La casa si trova sul lato opposto di una stretta strada cittadina dalla spiaggia. Sul lato della spiaggia della casa si trova un parcheggio per due auto, e un grande recintato, salotto privato e zona pranzo, un pozzo del fuoco a gas e una rampa per la spiaggia. Un sacco di teli mare sono forniti per quei giorni di spiaggia di sabbia. Sono offerti paddle board ed escursioni di pesca a pagamento.

The Beach Front Cottage is a lovely, peaceful place to stay! It is very comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The view is lovely, and the hosts are kind and prompt! Highly recommend!

This house is amazing. The views from the house are exceptional but then somehow even better from the deck. The location is close to downtown Burien and about 25 minutes to downtown Seattle. Check-in and communication was a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are all comfortable. All the details and instructions are clearly listed and easy to follow. 10/10, no notes!

An excellent beach cottage

This 1930s cottage is an excellent way to enjoy Seattle. The views of the mountains over the water are stunning. The cottage is well maintained and the owners are easy to contact and deal with. Getting to downtown Seattle is a breeze. The location is perfect. Some things to keep in mind, about the layout. First, the bath for the downstairs bedroom is in the garage. Not far but depending on temp it can be colder. That room does not have the stunning views. There is not a bathroom on the level with the master bedroom and the twin is in a closet like area immediately adjacent to the master. The master is in a loft area not a closed bedroom so the sounds from the main level where the kitchen and TV are can be clearly. The main level and the level where the master is has wonderful views and a quaint balcony to enjoy the views. It’s an adorable place just be prepared for the stairs (it’s 3 levels) and the layout. We enjoyed our stay!

Beach getaway

The home was so cute and clean. Had everything we needed to make meals. The Nespresso was lovely in the mornings. It was a perfect spot for our family of four. My 4yr old loved having his own bed and little room. The beach just steps away and a little corner store walking distance made it very family friendly spot.

Stay for the Location and Character

I loved the character of this property, and the water views really are amazing! It’s a multi-level home with the main floor being up a flight of stairs from the road. There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor and one on street-level. The lower bedroom has its own access to a full bathroom, and the other bathroom is on the main level. Everything was super clean— even the “basement” bathroom. There is an Nespresso machine with pods for flavored or decaf coffee. Easy access to the airport and national parks, as well, and check-in was easy. I wish we had stayed here longer to fully utilize the water access!

Amazing spot!

We were in town to visit family in Normandy Park over Christmas. I was in and out with a 4 & 5 year old. House was perfectly appointed with anything you needed. Cooking, family time and laundry was all very easy to manage. I was surprised how warm and cozy it was in the stormy weather. The views and beach are stunning, would be even more beautiful in summer months!

A WONDERFUL place to stay!

Our daughter, her two children and her cousin had the pleasure of staying in your lovely home overlooking Puget Sound. They had everything they needed for cooking a couple of nice meals; seating and sleeping was comfortable and the house was tastefully decorated. We bet it would be even better during the summer months!

Incredible Views, Lovely Stay

Todd and Tiana were lovely hosts and have beautifully provided a space to enjoy time together by the water in Three Tree Point. The kitchen was clean and organized well, and it was well stocked with things you need for a smooth mealtime! The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and the attached bedroom with a smaller bed was the perfect layout for my 5-year-old to have his own room. The private deck on the water was such a breathtaking view, and it included a lovely seating area for guests along with an outdoor dining setup. My family and I visit Seattle often and we'll definitely be staying here again! Five stars!

College move-in+

We had a wonderful stay at this great cottage in Burien - great location with beautiful views, and a well appointed property. We were moving our daughter into UW from across the country, and this location was a great spot closer to dorm room shopping sites (IKEA, Target, Costco, etc) but removed from the move-in crowds near the university. The hosts were fantastic and helpful with any needs that we had. Burien is a great town with good restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Amazing views & location

Girls trip (guests from FL, IN and ID), the cottage was exactly as described in the listing AND MORE. Great location convenient to downtown for sight seeing yet on a very peaceful street as if you are on your very own private island. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of bath linens & thoughtfully well stocked kitchen. Our only recommendation would be upgrade the pancake pillows on all 3 beds & perhaps offer a pair of binoculars. We would have loved a pair for morning watching of sealife swimming by. Overall, we LOVED this cottage! Would highly be likely to return in the future.

Exceeded our expectations. Location is terrific, a beautiful natural setting with easy access to downtown Seattle. Watched a whale swim by close enough to hear its blowhole from the living room. Excellent amenities throughout. Short walk to a little store with good coffee and small meal service. Loved this place!

Seattle Holiday

The location was incredible - a quiet seaside neighborhood with easy access to the airport and all of Seattle/surrounding area. The parking is great, and the beach area is a great place for morning coffee or evening beers. The living area - kitchen, dining, and living room - are open and wonderful for a great family time. The house is well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. Could not recommend more!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving with family who live just 5 minutes from where we were staying. The view was beautiful and the weather was some of the best we have had when visiting at this time of year, making the view of the mountain and sound stunning. The cottage was quaint and had the most beautiful view of the sound. The owners were responsive and accommodating when we reached out about checking in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The bedding was outstanding and the beds were comfortable.
