    This home is designed for a seamless and comfortable stay with essential amenities, including free WiFi, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning (mini-split in the main living area), linens/towels, iron/board, washer, dryer, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, and more.

    ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
    Driveway parking for one vehicle, plus free street parking available.

    Fees & Pricing
    ♦ Nightly rate includes 6 guests; extra guests are charged per person, per night and calculated at checkout (max 7 guests). An accurate guest count is required. Unauthorized guests will be charged $250 each per night.
    ♦ Stays beyond 15 nights require mid-stay cleans every two weeks. The cleaning fee for this listing is applicable for each mid-stay cleaning.
    ♦ Subject to a fee, we do our very best to fulfill early check-in and late check-out requests and accommodate based on our Housekeeping Team’s operational capacity.

    Reminders
    ♦ Long-term stays are welcome, but bookings must be made in 28-day segments.
    ♦ Please be sensitive around what goes down the toilet/drains, and only flush toilet paper.
    ♦ Please be mindful and do not rearrange furniture, and make sure to keep all electric heaters clear (minimum of three feet).
    ♦ We know plans can change, so trip insurance is always recommended.

    You will have access to the entire home.

    Other things to note
    Please note this is home is on a shared lot with another home (to the north). They are completely detached. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to check in. Note, the front door which has the electronic lock faces south--the back door (east-facing) is nearest the parking area so please use the sidewalk and walk to the front of the home to get in.

    House Rules
    AGE RESTRICTION
    Guests must be at least 28 years old to make a reservation (we reserve the right to verify IDs during the stay). All guest profiles must be listed on the reservation except minors who will be with their parent/guardian during the stay. Guest should have a positive history. Only registered guests are permitted. If the person who made the booking is underage, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.

    PARTIES/EVENTS
    Parties, events, pets, illegal substances, and smoking are not allowed in or on the property. This Property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and not suited for loud groups or parties.
    Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

    INDOOR
    Please do not wear shoes in the home, and do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds.
    Please keep heaters clear of anything (minimum of three feet).

    LONG TERM RESERVATION
    Guests are welcome to book long-term stays, but reservations must be made in segments of 28 days at a time.

    MIDSTAY CLEAN
    Long stays (over 15 nights) require mid-stay cleans every 2weeks, and are billed to the Guest. Mid-stay clean is equivalent to the current cleaning fee.

    ISSUES
    Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage.
    We reserve the right to inspect and service the Property during your stay, including, but not limited to landscaping services, etc.

    QUIET HOURS
    Quiet hour is from 10PM to 8AM
    Noise monitoring devices are also installed to comply with county regulations. These devices do not record audio but will trigger if noise exceeds 80 decibels during the day or 70 decibels during quiet hours.
    Failure to follow the rules will incur a $500 charge for the 1st violation and termination of reservation for the 2nd violation without refund

    PET RULES
    Pets are not allowed
    Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

    SMOKING
    Smoking is not allowed inside and out of the property
    Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

    Unauthorized Guest
    Please follow the maximum capacity of the unit. the number of the guest in the listing page includes the visitor as maximum capacity of the listing.
    Please inform us if you will have a visitor. Unauthorized guest stay will incur to $250/head charge.

    CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
    Check-In: 4PM-9PM
    Checkout: 10AM
    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur fees. We’ll do our best to fulfill these requests based on our operational capacity.
    Unauthorized late checkout will incur $300 charge.

    The home uses a septic system. Please only flush the provided toilet paper. Do not dispose of feminine products, flushable wipes, food scraps, oils, or other items down the drains. Any damage to the septic system caused by improper use will be billed to the Guest.

    Repeated violations of house rules may lead to the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

    For your safety, external security cameras are installed; please do not tamper with them.
