The Space:

Thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and style. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, this modern retreat features heating and cooling on all three floors, along with heated tile floors in both bathrooms for an extra touch of luxury.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a private rooftop deck—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a relaxing evening. On clear days, you might even catch a glimpse of majestic Mount Rainier.

While the home does not include an assigned parking spot, guests will find ample free street parking nearby with no permits or meters required. Public transportation is easily accessible, and the city recently added a protected bike lane along the main street in front of the property, making it even easier to explore the area by foot or bike.

Laundry Access:

Although the home does not have a washer and dryer in-unit, several nearby laundromats and dry cleaners offer convenient solutions for your laundry needs during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled just southeast of downtown, Beacon Hill is one of Seattle’s most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods. Known for its charming residential streets, scenic viewpoints, and welcoming community feel, it offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the heart of the city.

You’ll find a great mix of local coffee shops, restaurants, and parks within minutes. Jefferson Park, one of Seattle’s largest green spaces, is nearby and features stunning views of the city skyline and Mount Rainier, along with walking trails, a golf course, and playgrounds.

Beacon Hill is also well-connected, making it easy to reach downtown, the stadiums, and major attractions by car or public transit. Whether you're here for adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, Beacon Hill is a wonderful place to call home during your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around the neighborhood is easy and convenient. Beacon Hill is a walkable area with nearby parks, cafes, and restaurants just a short stroll away. For exploring beyond the neighborhood, public transit is easily accessible. Bus stops are close by, and the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station is just a few minutes away, providing direct access to downtown Seattle, the airport, and more.

The home includes one assigned parking spot located behind the property. Guests will also find plenty of free street parking available on the surrounding streets with no permits or meters required. Additionally, a newly added city bike lane runs along the main street in front of the property, making it safe and easy to explore the area by bike or on foot.



Other Things to Note:

For your safety and security, this property is equipped with cameras on the premises. Two cameras monitor the alleyway. These are exterior-only cameras to ensure privacy while providing added peace of mind during your stay.

The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in the kitchen in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels. It is located in the kitchen & dinning area.

We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:

- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)

- Load the dishwasher and start it

- Empty all the trash & recycle

- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked

- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure
