1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】 We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb`s policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】 We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We`ve got exemption from Airbnb so please DON`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】 Unfortunately we can`t accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】 Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】 Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
11. 📆【Long-stay Bookings】 Note: For stays of 14 nights or longer, we require a security deposit equivalent to twice the cleaning fee. For Airbnb bookings, this will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For VRBO bookings, the deposit will be collected using the card we have on file. If no deep cleaning is required upon checkout, the deposit will be fully refundable.

Host provided check in information and was very responsive to our communications. The property is as pictured and was very clean. The rooftop has a great view of the city but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for our stay. One item to note, it’s great having access to a garage given the difficulty with street parking but the driveway is very narrow and if you have a large car, it can be an adventure getting in and out!

Great location
Great location near Green Lake Park and in Fremont district where you can walk to most anything. Property manager very responsive. Property worked well for us while we were attending a wedding. Incredible view of Seattle on the roof deck!

Great House in Great Location
This was our second time booking this house, because we all loved it the first time. It's plenty spacious for a family with two young adult kids, and it's in a great neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend for a great experience.

Perfect Seattle Spot!
My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) has come to Seattle and stayed in VRBOs many times, and this was all of our favorite place of all time. It's in a very cool, walkable neighborhood, with tons of shops and restaurants, including a perfect little corner store a block away. The house is very spacious, and each bedroom is large and well-appointed. We were actually there during the great ice storm of 2022, and while no one wants to be stuck inside for a whole day of vacation, we all agreed that this house was the perfect place to wait out the storm; there was plenty of room for four people to hang out, play games, and watch Netflix. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in Seattle!

Great Place and Great Spot
My husband, my niece and nephew (17 and 19), and I stayed in the home for four nights. It was in a perfect spot for us. My niece and I walked five minutes to the coffee shop each morning and it was really nice to be so close.
We never cooked in the house, but all the appliances were modern and it would have been a great kitchen in which to cook a meal.
There is a room on the ground floor, and then two rooms on the third floor, so my nephew chose the bottom floor for privacy. There are bathrooms are all floors so that is convenient also. As like many homes in Seattle, there are a lot of stairs, so if someone can't get up stairs very easily, they could stay on the bottom floor and would only have to go up one flight to get to the main room. The stairs didn't bother us at all.
The only thing, if you want to park in the garage, you may want to rent a small car. We had a standard SUV (not huge), and we got it into the garage when we arrived around midnight. Getting it out of the garage was another story. There's a house with a two car garage right in front of you, so you can't really back out and then go down the driveway, so my husband carefully backed down the driveway. We parked in the street the rest of the trip. There's not a ton of street parking but we always found a space. That would not stop me from renting the house again. The property managers were really nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend their home. Thank you for a great stay!
