  • Venite a godervi il meglio di Seattle dalla nostra splendida residenza cittadina West Seattle situata a solo un isolato dalla spiaggia sabbiosa di Alki. La nostra residenza ha 3 camere da letto. Le camere sono dotate di letto king size, queen size o full size. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato. Può ospitare fino a 6 persone o 7 se si utilizza il divano letto.

    La nostra terrazza sul tetto è pronta per il barbecue, la cena e il relax mentre vi godete la splendida vista di Puget Sound, dei traghetti, delle montagne e delle luci del centro città. Raggiungi facilmente a piedi bar, ristoranti e altri negozi al dettaglio. Parcheggio fuori strada per la tua auto o sali su un autobus per un giro di 15 minuti fino al centro di Seattle o prendi il taxi acqueo. La nostra casa è di fronte al Whale Tale Park.

We had a great time at the house! It was nice to.have multiple levels for views and privacy. It was in a great location within walking distance of everything at the beach, a playground, and nature preserve as well as a quick drive to anything in W. Seattle. We took the water taxi to downtown Seattle and it was a stress free way to explore the city. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a family traveling!

Fully stocked VRBO with coffee/spices in the kitchen and games in the living room! The hosts were super responsive and really have thought of everything when it comes to a vacation home. The location is top notch as well- across from a playground and pickleball courts and a block from the beach. Perfect location and spot for a family with kids! The only negative is the only room with air conditioning is the 3rd floor master with the King bed. It was a bit hot a few days in the summer and that was tough but opening the windows helped.

Fabulous trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had spectacular views from almost every room. Loved the extras which made it feel more like home, Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Perfect Alki experience

Such a nice home in a great location. Couldn't possibly hope to find a nicer home than this one. Perfect neighborhood and having your own parking spot on Alki is very "choice" :)

This property is clean, very comfortable, and well appointed. The owners responded quickly to my questions. And for my family of four, there was plenty of space. We all enjoyed the neighborhood and nearby amenities.

Ken and Karen were great hosts--they gave us helpful tips on things to do and communicated promptly any time we reached out with questions. The house was very clean and the location was fantastic. We would definitely recommend it.

Great location!

House was everything and more as advertised, within walking distance to all that is necessary for a great time, food, bars and entertainment. Made use of the 4th floor deck every day. Over all a great stay. Plenty of room for 3 couples.

Great home base to explore the area!

Great place with plenty of room for our family of four (all adults now). Cozy enough to enjoy time together, and yet had ample space for everyone to relax on their own. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Easy walk to beach, parks, restaurants, and free shuttle around town and to Seattle water taxi. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

First time in Seattle

We so enjoyed the visit to Seattle, made even more special with this rental. Went to Alki beach every day, actually several times a day. So convenient to downtown, the Mariners game we attended, and great restaurant and grocery food. Worked perfectly for our family of six - four adults and two grand children of 12 and 15. Hosts were so very accommodating. Great time in and great place.

Excellent, well equipped property. Close to a park and the beach! Walkable to restaurants. Was only 20 min to downtown Seattle by car or water taxi! Close to bike and scooter rentals. Roof top views are awesome.

Loved the house! Beautiful and close to the beach. There are a LOT of stairs, so be prepared. My only complaint is that there are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but there were no extra rolls of toilet paper, extra towels, or washcloths in the bathrooms. We later found extras in the lower-level laundry room and a 3rd level closet. I didn't find the extra towels until the night before we left. There are lots of little extras, like cough drops and Q-Tips in a bathroom, but without checking every drawer and every cupboard when you arrive, you'll not know where to find anything.I did reach out to the owners to find toilet paper, and she responded very quickly and personally. A very nice lady. There are very beautiful decorations in every room.I would love to stay here again, but it was kind of expensive for me. I wish I was rich!

It was a very nice place to stay, neat, clean and so close to the beach, unfortunately it rained most our stay but went to PikePlace and shopped and went on the Ferris wheel. ( water taxi). Thanks!

Gotta love Alki Beach

This wonderful house is one short block to Alki Beach, its shops, and restaurants. The house is both spacious and relaxing. It is far better than the listing suggests. It has everything you need in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Off street parking for one car is ideal given how busy the neighborhood can be. There are outdoor decks on many levels. A short drive to West Seattle and the freeways. You can take the water taxi from Alki to downtown Seattle. You will love staying here as much as we did.

Seattle getaway and better!

This was a reprieve after the hustle and bustle of the city. Multiple relaxing and living areas including an incredible rooftop deck overlooking the ocean. Kitchen and dining room were big and had anything needed. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and all the comforts. Parking is off street and easy. The park next door was utilized all the time. Bar is down the street which can create a bit more noise with open windows since the AC is not to be used. Close to lots of restaurants that were great. We would make this a longer trip in the future since accommodations were great!

Nicely furnished house with lots of stairs (as advertised). Nice and responsive owners. They responded quickly when we reached out to them about an issue. The variety of pharmacy items you might need that were available in the master bathroom was incredible!A slight warning - If you stay during summer, there is a lot of car and foot traffic and a LOT of noise late at night. Also, there is not a lot of room for parking at the location. We fit a van and an SUV, but we had to jockey a lot to get in a car to go places.
