The hot-tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each guest for health and safety reasons. In winter, it can take up to 48h for the water to get to 100F. Please expect that you might not be able to use the hot tub for a day or two in cold weather. This house might not be ideal for groups primarily looking to enjoy the hot tub in winter over 1-2 day stays.
The house is spread across 4 floors.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
- The master bedroom with a King bed is on the top floor (floor 3).
- The other two bedrooms are on the floor below (floor 2). The bedroom with the makeup station boasts two twin beds that can be placed side by side to form a king bed. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed.
The entrance is on the ground floor (floor 0) and the living area is on the first floor (floor 1).
The dedicated parking spot is a bit tight, though it can fit most SUV.
